I think im getting a cold. Some little girl sneezed in front of me saturday. I get sick easy and it only takes a few days for me to get it and i always know where i get it from because im always at home. If i go somewhere its like one place a day/every few days.

Yes, I've heard that sort of thing here, that they volunteer to do it and should be appreciated. I appreciate them! And if it weren't for them volunteering we wouldn't be able to smoke/vape. Mainly heard that kind of talk from an aide who's always really negative (and she's the one who broke my tank a few months ago).

Man, 8 inches from when work started to when it ended while driving home. Get your heads out of the gutter ladies. The snow was crazy! I had to go up a hill starting at a red light and it took me damn near the entire light. I'm still surprised how well it handled still... Good thing it's front wheel drive. I should get snow tires though. Praying to the invisible pink unicorn it's drivable tomorrow, or it would be better if there was no work! <3

My boss was in a really crummy mood and he took it off on us. I don't understand it. sigh... My mornings are already full of anxiety because of my biology, i don't need to be treated like a piece of garbage.

I have to go to church on Christmas with my grandmother when i go down to florida. Nothing against church, it's just not my cup of tea. Id rather read the bible than go to service.

That's really cool. I hope some of them video tape themselves. I learn better with audio and visual. One of my professors you tubed himself when he was getting surgery done. He didn't approve of my interpretation of Sophocles Antigone or how i related Homer's Odyssey to Plato's Republic. He taught ancient Greek History. Great professor though. Man could he tell a story...

I loathe Philosophy professors stories/tangents. I had a Philosophy professor at the uni i was going to in January. Ugh he went on such a long tangent, what he started talking about at the beginning of the class had nothing to do with the ending of the class. It wasnt even related.

I wonder if a mood stabilizer would help at all. They stop manic psychosis... I just read about TD symptoms and constant foot tapping is one. I tap my foot constatly if im sitting down until it's about 2 and it dies down, but it makes all my coworkers annoyed in the morning. I thought that it might be akathasia, just a pinch of it. Something to talk about with my pdoc...

That's rough, I hear cognitive therapy can help some... SP knows more about that than i do.

My roommate said my pizza cutter was a useless utensil when i bought it... I baked and pizza and guess where the pizza cutter is? Her work!

HAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAH HAHAHHAHAA I was just talking with a waitress about her own philosophy professor who does the same thing. Most philosophy professors do that, the ones who are really bad at it just show their own biases through those tangents usually.

I feel odd. I’ve been feeling odd the last week and a half or so. I don’t know why. It’s just frustrating like I feel I’m always on the edge of going ****ing insane.

Like someone said maybe it’s a mixed state. Psychotic features and slight elevated negative mood.

Maybe I need a med increase. Or something added on. I see my doctor in two weeks just after Christmas. See what he says. He should have the full report from the psych so I’ll get that finally.

Hopefully this passes in the meantime. I can’t see him earlier due to work.

It’s not unusual to need more than 1, but also I’m wondering are you eating enough calories with your med?

I know sometimes I post crazy **** about not wanting to eat but I’m consistently eating at night around time for my meds so I don’t think that’s the issue.

But yeah I probably need another med. Don’t know what goes with Latuda though. The one bipolar med I tried before made me super depressed.

I feel real sick to my stomach and i feel drainage in the back of my throat. I reallllly hope im not sick tomorrow and Saturday when i see the bf. I only get to see him twice a week. ☹️

Well you could try lamictal which is a mood stabilizer it’s very commonly given.
