A nap sounds good. But I already invested in caffeine, so no nap for me lol. My t is going to do the brain mapping thing with me again today, and the general meeting is about depression today, I think. She wanted me to do the brain mapping myself, too, but I didn't.

My house has been a wreck for a while now
I just picked up all the trash and stuff and swept. I still need to do the 500 dishes but I already feel better about it

My mental state has been really bad for weeks now

It's making a left brain connection to a right brain "ditch". Creating a new passageway in the brain changes a thought or incident to be less negative and powerful. I'm sorry if this is a bad description. I don't really know how to describe it!

That's a good taste! I envy you for being able to read, I used to read a lot but now I can't focus anymore

Check this out, you might have to look closely:

Yes that’s right. There’s a bulge in my phone. No wonder it was cutting out at 30%... the battery must be failing and has swollen. Glad nothing bad happened as it can’t be a healthy thing.

Good thing I decided to start using my old iPhone then it seems.

I'm not sure. I just started. I'm usually straight menthol. It tastes good though.

Can you get a new battery for it? This is why phones should be openable.

I just copied off all my contacts and photos and have now turned it off for the last time. I’m not sure how best to dispose of it though... at a recycling centre I guess.

No I can’t. I mean having changeable batteries is useful but they have always lasted me long enough so I don’t really care. I guess I usually upgrade my phone every 2-3 years which is reasonably often.

It’s okay though... just using my iPhone instead now.

I focused and dug myself out of work. I feel better now. I get overwhelmed pretty often but if I focus and relax I usually get through.
I think I'm going to try to nap. I already spoke to the boss so hopefully done until tonight.
Hope everyone is having a good day.

It's raining a lot. Looks like my t won't make it in today.

I still have heartburn. I'll have to ask if they have any otc stuff like Pepcid. I haven't been feeling well for awhile. I'm going to need another Coke. I really shouldn't but it helps me feel in less pain.

Awesome. Just bought myself a Christmas present. Super Mario 3D Land for the 3DS. The Nintendo Selects version was half the cost of the normal version so I went for it. Been wanting it a while.

Will give me something to do over the holiday period. I still have Zelda Ocarina or Time to finish on the 3DS too. Guess I’ll do that before Christmas.

I will actually wrap it up and open it on Christmas. More exciting that way.
