I will actually wrap it up and open it on Christmas. More exciting that way.
Happy to hear that you do that democracy thing again I just got myself some new jeans and a hand bag for my bday

I think I'm manic at the moment. Been sleeping only for 2-4 hours a day but feeling fresh and I feel burst of energy. I feel chatty too like you guys can see. Also been doing shopping. And earlier today I just told a taxi driver my life story. Oh yeah

Couldn't fall asleep and then my alarm went off. Bummer. It's raining out so it's dark and dreary.
I have to start planning for Christmas. I do a lot of cooking. Christmas Eve we have filet mignon, baked stuffed shrimp, mashed potatoes, broccoli casserole, some sort of veggie. Then I make french toast casserole for Christmas morning and then dinner. We are trying to decide between ham and prime rib. I want ham since we are already having beef but my husband is pretty adamant.
Anyone else cooking or having a big meal?

french toast casserole is a brand new concept that i 100000000000% support.
probably gonna do some cooking myself but it's tough because my dad's a staunch carnivore and i'm a grass-chomping vegan. he used to do all the cooking on holidays but now we just end up accidentally doubling down on everything and butting each other out of the kitchen. this is how thanksgiving ended with four pumpkin pies between two people. but there's a recipe for eggnog french toast on the back of my coconut nog and i'm Extremely Tempted if i don't chug the stuff one drunken night.

You're really good in expressing things in words. I remember one time you were joking something about a baked diarrhea. Haha. I missed your unique humor

On Christmas Day my mum will be doing the usual turkey with all the trimmings. I’ll probably help out with small chores like laying the table etc.

I'm getting kind of worried about the therapist. She hasn't replied to the email I sent and she never called in to the staff to say she'd be absent today. She wouldn't just miss the meeting.

I feel distressed. My friend is going on a brief trip to Philadelphia with his roommate. Why doesn't he take me on a short trip? I guess because I can't walk too great yet.

Things are just wrong.

I need to start walking without the walker for awhile everyday. It's just that with it, I can stand so much more easily.

Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do if I don't hear from my therapist by tomorrow?

Roll Call 110

Read this. My peer worker guilt tripped me into going to a holiday party at my clinic. I didnt want to go for so many reasons. Now i have to. If i dont she will give me hell. Its 2 hours long and i have to be there the whole time. I dont have a choice. And its late at night. Im gonna miss my night meds and then i wont be able to sleep. I forgot about that.

Yes that’s right. There’s a bulge in my phone. No wonder it was cutting out at 30%... the battery must be failing and has swollen. Glad nothing bad happened as it can’t be a healthy thing.

Good thing I decided to start using my old iPhone then it seems.
Yeah, you definitely need a new battery. Is your back removable or do you have to take it to a shop? The batteries themselves are pretty cheap. Mine costed $20 bucks on amazon. You might be able to use YouTube for a how-to replace your batter video. Sorry man, at least you're smart enough to have a functioning spare phone! I'm not that smart :P
Thanks for this!
