morning, work work work work work. bodys killing me from this 2 hour yoga class i did yesterday, but i relearned how to do a backwards somersault without breaking my neck so thats fun!!! god i wish there were adult gymnastics courses. *extremely rocky voice* i coulda been a contenda........

am i getting a gut from all the drinking and snacking the last few weeks, or is my ed flaring up? more at 11 or at every mirror i find today

I am finally off the shot! One whole week off thus far and so far so good.

My doctor added a new med called for anxiety, it's a blood pressure(beta blocker) med and it's amazing.

She also increased my prn.

I'm doing very well, school starts next week. Excited!

Have been eating really healthy and exercising and staying active/busy. I'm hoping I lose about 20 more lbs by June. I think I'll lose quite a bit being off the shot too because before I got on it I was always skinny, it was after I got on it that the weight problem developed.

just made a new myfitnesspal. hopefully it wont be too triggering. god the app has so many ads its barely usable. :\

I'm okay. A little depressed today. I slept for 17 hours... But I am fighting against it. Watched CES 2018 videos for about an hour and a half, went to the store, catching up on roll call, and gonna help my aunt with some printer issues she is having. What is everyone up to today?

I have to give my son a ride to the park and pick my daughter up from school. Other than that and the usual work and dinner I have nothing planned.

Thanks Valley. I'm just so grateful I am more able to use my coping mechanisms now to fight against it. I will persevere!

So I've got some other news...

My sister has been keeping me up to date, but my mom is currently in the hospital. She apparently had a kidney stone and a urinary tract infection. They surgically took care of the kidney stone, and put her on antibiotics. But the infection has made it to her blood stream. She is stable though, and they are keeping her a little longer to make sure she remains stable.

oh god what a horrible combination, sounds like hell. hope she feels better soon.

I think after these new tattoos i got today go away, im gonna buy the freehand ink from Inkbox and do a sleeve on my arm. I cant find anyone that knows how to draw so i guess ill do it by myself but itll be really hard.
