But it was fine... at least she didn't keep me awake at night.

I just froze and did nothing... I didn't want him to physically hurt me or anything. I'm just glad he didn't touch me sexually.

Oh man... Too be honest, if i was a female, i'd go straight for the eyes, with my car keys if i had them in my hands. I saw a woman demonstrate it in a self defense youtube once and she looked vicious! But your method would be effective too. Afterwards, they literally couldn't do anything but cup keel over.

We learned that too it depends on having a free hand, you use your full hand and push past any glasses from underneath then push in....if they have you from behind you stomp a foot then kick back into their shin then when you turn you can do the grab twist pull if they haven’t entirely let go.

God I was so insightful while under psychosis. It was mystical. Watching the Matrix was like entering into another dimension.

I could learn patterns in everything... Too good at seeing patterns and i got hooked on the wrong patters that divorced me from reality. But art really came alive for me!

Good morning/afternoon everyone. How are things going today?

I am doing okay...ish. I'm kinda depressed. Finding it very difficult to get out of bed and do anything. Half the time I'm asleep. My friend is flying in on Friday and I have to go to Tampere for a voice therapy appointment. Need to try and get myself back on track in the next few days. It's kind of sucky.

What's everyone up to?

Morning/Afternoon,

I’ve been very productive today. Taken all my waste and recycling out of which there was quite a lot. Still have to do my dishes but I’m taking a break.

I’m hoping to spend an hour-ish each day doing tidying and cleaning until my flat is in a good state.

Shall have to see if I can stick to that regime.

Possible trigger:

I have to admit I’ve been drinking heavily again the past two weeks. Started out with just 4 bottles of beer then escalated into many many cans each day... I’m disappointed in myself. I thought I’d got on top of this...

I’m going to try going tee total for a while now. I haven’t drank today mainly because my mum is about. She’ll be gone this evening though and I’m struggling with the temptation of getting some beer tonight.

I’m sure if I can manage one day off then I can break the cycle but I need to find the will.

As far as I can tell I’m not getting any significant withdrawal symptoms but I am waking up sweaty at night quite a lot. That’s about it though. Guess I should be thankful it’s not worse....

Well, last night I royally screwed up my phone looking for Star trek torrents. I won't go into just how stupid I was, but I'm hoping my phone will recover.

It's a tense day here. Started badly and it's not much better. I have to shower but people keep coming into my space.
