Good morning, how is everyone?

I'm doing well, feeling really good. I read the assigned chapter this week from my textbook. I did it all yesterday. 2 hours of reading split in half. Now I've got several days to study and review it.

Meeting with my professor next week to go over my accommodations letter from the student disability office. I never done that before even though I've had that available to me always. I always never met with any of my professors in the beginning of the semester and kind of would fall through the cracks and not take full advantage of my accommodations which are there to help me. (I can take tests in a little testing room by myself without any distractions, have time and a half on tests and can work with my professors on alternatives to giving oral presentations )

Trying to do my very best now.

Well, I finally spoke to the doctor/ nurse practitioner and she listened to my lungs. They're not too bad yet. She said she'd order the Claritin and cough medicine, but no sign of them so far. I'm afraid she'll find out about my lozenges and take them away.

It's a sunny morning here. Wasn't as cold as the second part of yesterday.

I feel wiped out.

The Coke is already almost sold out. I saw at least two staff people use the machine yesterday and it just totally pisses me off.

I hope everyone is mostly ok or better right now.

Still no cold meds.

At least I'm relatively hungry but I have to try to eat slowly and not too much. I'm nauseated. And tired. If I were at home I'd take half a tizanidine and a long nap.

If hormones make you sick, look in the condoms aisle for encare ovals (if they're still being made). One of those and a condom would be very good protection.

Still no sign of the cold meds I was promised this morning. I'm very tired. If I wanted to seize the opportunity, I could ask for a pack of camel unfiltered. Always got very sick at the lungs part of a cold. Probably from smoking. Or those cigarillos that all the smokers here smoke.

I'm very sad. I am grateful I'm not in jail but this is hardly better.

I have a feeling that medicaid benefits are going to be slashed here. So living at this place is in vain. Probably probably probably.

So now someone was just here saying she's going to schedule my cataract surgery with no respect given to my concerns. I'm getting angrier and angrier here. And if I lose control I might find myself shipped off somewhere else.

They say they're still waiting for the Claritin! Apparently they don't have any?

Made an appt to see an apartment. Looks nice and seems nice. It got mixed reviews. Mostly about management, people picking up after their dog, and mixed reviews on noise in the complex.

They have their own dog park/dog wash there tho. Complimentary fitness classes. 3 pools. 20 different floorplans.

Not much. Working mostly...we saw a nice ballet last weekend but other than that I've noticed that my energy level is kinda low so I'm not doing too much. Gotta talk to the pdoc next month about that.

That's the thing about Texas...good housing prices. I watch that fixer upper on TV and like the prices they're talking about for homes are more like condo prices here. Here the average 1 bedroom apartment is like $1200 a month right now. It's ridiculous. We don't even have a gym in my condo building and frankly we are lucky to even have an elevator.

Sounds like pretty general complaints; people suck and make noise and stuff. When I lived in Columbus the place I lived at had all sorts of reviews like that and it was okay; the one time we had trouble with someone making stomping noises, we mentioned it to the management and they mentioned it to them and they stopped. 3 noise complaints and you got evicted.
Thanks for this!

Same for Ohio....prices are very cheap in many places. Connecticut was much more expensive, and here in Finland we pay around the same with everything combined.

Good evening everyone How are things going today?

I'm okay. Stayed up until 1pm yesterday and then slept until 11:30pm. Now just scrolling the internet and looking at going into the next security steps for my computers. Helping my sister with some tech stuff soon. Got the 7.5mg Olanzapine tablets this morning. We'll see how they work for me. I don't really want them....but I guess I get like this when I start getting symptomatic.

It depends where you live. The average even in the suburbs of dallas, austin, san antonio, houston is gonna be that much. 1200. Or 1100. Thats why i was surprised to see a 600/700 dollar one in an upscale neighborhood, surrounded by 1400 dollar ones. It seems too good to be true. I looked before and didnt see this apt. They just updated the prices yesterday. The only other 600/700 ones i saw are income restricted areas/section 8 in really bad areas. A nice place here starts at 900, MAYBE 800 if you are lucky.

But places starting at 900 are gonna have a pool and lots of other amenities. Thats the good thing.

But i wonder if someone would get retaliation

Yeah I was actually talking about the chicago burbs, in the city you're talking 1600--2,500 or more depending on the area, housing is in short suppy here.

Did I tell you guys I was thinking of moving to the burbs because of crime, there are a lot of carjackings in my neighborhood right now. Not sure if I'll be able to the market is really a sellers market right now and I don't think I can afford a 1 bedroom apt, it will be hard to get another condo because I won't be able to finance due to lack of a job ....

Or just move to a different city/state altogether
