Thank you guys. You both are amazing, along with everyone here on Roll Call. I feel like I have a community to give support to, and to get support when things get rough, like right now.

I forced myself to help my partner with her essays for school applications. Talked to my wife, partner and friend about things and what was bothering me. The car check engine light came on, and I'm worried about that. Hopefully nothing really bad happened to it.

I'm going to call the counseling place tomorrow to see if I can still go to my 1pm appointment. Probably not a bad idea.

YES the haldol helped A LOT. Im surprised. I never notice it work because i take if before bed. I think im gonna start taking it 2-3 hours before bed instead of one hour before bed.

No, if it was paranoia I think I would know it. There actually are actual, I'll just say people, after me. So of course I'm anxious about it and afraid to leave the house. It's so damn hard to deal with this anxiety, I was crying earlier, I want to live in peace. I was doing so well and they've come back. I'm upset about that They started making their presence known recently.

I feel sad even when I'm happy. I have a depressive personality. Antidepressants wouldn't work. It's my personality.

I don't like to win or win things in general unless I worked stupidly hard for it. Even then, I don't feel good when I win and I want it to go away when it happens.

I did. Maybe 2 years ago or 3. But it made me tired during the day. I think i should do it again tho. Might tell my nurse when i see her on the 9th.

The reason I ask is the half life is around 15 hrs so you've only got a low dose by nighttime...

No wonder my symptoms come back about an hour or two before i take it.

Welp, found out my stepmom has cancer... she goes in for surgery on February 20th... they are taking a chunk out of her eyelid out... only good news that come out of this is that they may not adopt the child.
