My takeout is on the way. I can’t wait. I’m starving. We got buffalo wings tonight too.
Tomorrow is grocery day. I really need to go which means no fun spending. I’m trying to cook healthier so we go through more.

Taking it a day at a time. Not sure how to explain. My grandfather is haunting me and putting bad dreams in my head and is watching me take my clothes off like when he did when he was alive... I fear my sex abuser would haunt me too when ever that bastard dies.

I think it's my fault he died because I wouldn't acknowledge the signs in the music and the comments on youtube. They were trying to get my attention but I just ignored them. So they caused his death because of me. My gran died in 2016 my aunt in 2017 and now my grandad in 2018.

That sounds delusional....can you see through it? I’m just wondering if you might benefit from some extra meds or therapy in the short term? Have you considered anything like that?

It took me two hours and a half hours to shovel all the snow. The guy that plowed the streets , since my car is parked on the street, plowed snow onto my car that was above my window. I have a low profile car so it was only about two and a half feet high but damn. I go outside to see what my roommate did yesterday and she spent 10 minutes on going from the front door to her car, she didn't even get the side walk or around her car. God that was tiring because i had to fling the snow over my car to put it back on to my property and not back into the street. I hate snow, it's the worst part about living in Michigan. At least i don't have to worry about tropical storms and fires though. I'm pooped.

You've been through a lot of loss, but I hope you'll stop blaming yourself. Have you missed any doses of your meds?

The doctor wanted to put me on prednisone but I said no. They trigger my symptoms and make me very angry

I worked 9 hours today. It was busy as hell but I got thru it.
