I worry because I was a sun worshipper. I watch for those pucker wrinkles too.

Logging is a great way to keep track. It’s amazing how quickly the calories, fat, carbs, etc build up.

I'm going to look online for flat drip tips. It might help a little. I always only burned in the sun so I never tried to get tan.

In half long ways. Scoop out seeds. Cover in oil and salt and pepper . Bake!

I got a kabocha squash one fall I think I like it better than butternut but it could have been that it was fresh from the farmers market. Still I'm excited about it...you can also roast the seeds separately they are like small pumpkin seeds and truly excellent. I don't know why they aren't more readily available.
Yes I bake mine for a bit then cut it. It too hard raw

I'm around. Just talking to friends and Erti.

In Finland a lot of people have three given names. I have two. I am thinking of adopting a third that is more Finnish as my identity in Finland continues to grow.

Good morning. Going to be a good day today. I’m psyching myself up. Maybe if I don’t go to work negatively I’ll have a better day. Going to give it a try. It wouldn’t be bad if my boss just let me do my work instead of calling a ton. Oh well. It’s going to be a good day Roll Call #115.
Hope everyone is feeling well.

Morning!

I’ve sucessfully not went back to bed this morning. Hopefully I’ll stay up all day and have no naps.

Already been out to get some e-juice. I forgot to pick up coils. I’ll just have to go back tomorrow.

As for the rest of my day, other than usual chore of washing dishes I’m just going to watch some Netflix and play some Zelda.

Last time it worked you used Benadryl, right? I hope you'll get rid of it today.
