Welp I’m stuck out in the far burbs, I took a lyft out to see my bf and help him get groceries etc. watch super bowl. Then his mom was getting dizzy on her new meds so she needs company while the bf is at work to ensure her safety. Problem is she only speaks Spanish.

Good evening/afternoon everyone. How are things going today?

I'm okay...I slept for 13 hours right through going to the polyclinic. So I guess we will try again tomorrow. I'm stable enough to not be a threat to my own safety at this very moment. So we will see what happens...
Thanks for this!

Hey guys. Finished work until tonight. Now I get an hour and a half to myself. Choosing to hang out with the dogs and watch tv. I really need to clean my desk because I’m getting anew one. I’m too lazy.
I’m really enjoying my alone time today. Adjusting to only having 2 dogs without everyone else home.
Sigh I’m not fun to be around

Psychiatrist prescribed the Concerta back.

I guess he cares.

I asked him if I have adrenal fatigue and he said no..

I’m sorry to hear you missed the clinic. I’m glad to hear that you are feeling well enough to wait until tomorrow.

There is so much you can make with chicken.

I’m glad things are a bit more bearable today.

Having problems again with pop up ads on my phone. Stressing me out. I think the 7 foot tall guy likes me, but it's hard to tell. He's been hanging out in the lounge when we wait to smoke outside, and says things to me. I can't understand what he says. He has a thing where he'll suddenly erupt in a weird loud sound. Which fascinates me.

I'm not sure if I'll go to the gym. Hiding is my favorite pastime right now.

If you’ve got an android you should really have an anti-virus app on your phone... should be able to find one easily in the play store. That might help if it’s something on your phone causing the pop ups.

Yes, I have antivirus and 2 "cleaner" apps. The issue is that the popups are attacking Chrome. They keep opening Chrome. So I've downloaded Chrome Beta to see if it can block the popups. I should uninstall Chrome but I don't want to lose my data.

Ugh I’m trying to work and my computer is stuck. I really need to buy a new one. It’s a few years old already. And so slow! I really don’t want to spend the money.

CCleaner and MalwareBytes are good software for removing crap that slows the system down (e.g. malware, spyware, malicious software, etc)

I'm....teetering back and forth mentally.

Possible trigger:

I eventually got out of bed to eat something, and then spilled juice down my top and jacket. So I had to take a shower and then put those aside to be washed...

Okay...my wife is staying up with me the rest of the night till 8am when the polyclinic opens. We will see what happens from there....

I was talking with her...and we both realized something. I get really hyper when I am in bad shape. I start making jokes, doing goofy things, etc. And my wife sees right through it and knows I am not doing good. Why on Earth do I get hyper like this?

I’m so glad she will be up with you until the clinic opens. Please be honest with them.
