Now ive taken Benadryl AND zyrtec. Idk which one is helping but its kinda gone away now. Still lingering a bit. I have a feeling it was the zyrtec this time.

I'm sick again. I had bad chills under the blanket so fever. I think I'm going to just hang out on my bed with my coat. Weird how I keep getting sick.

Oh, that sucks.

You should take the Zyrtec every day if you’re developing pet allergies and have pets. It’s more preventative than anything.....

I wonder if this Biotin (vitamin H) is giving me migraines. I just read that it does and im taking 10,000mcg.

My peer worker said my treatmen plan needed to be updated with a caseworker a week ago. So i called at 9 this morning and all i got was transferred to a caseworkers voicemail. I left a message at 9:15 and i havent heard back. I texted my peer worker and she said “it doesnt even matter. You cant do it over the phone. Too bad you will be missing having pizza and making valentines cards”.

It made me feel like such crap. I wasnt trying to do my treatment plan over the phone. I simply was trying to make an appt to come in and do it...

I really hate this clinic and the people there. I get treated like im inferior or like they dont care about me.

Im really sick of this place. I want better insurance so bad so i cant leave this place. Ive been treated like shyt there since day 1. Treated like im inferior to the people that work there.

I really, really didn't want to wash my dishes but I persevered. Put on some loud music and just did it.

I slept until lunch came. I don't know what to do. I have a very sore throat. I took 2 lozenges so far.

I was in bed and if I know if I didn't take the Concerta, I would be in bed for the whole day and the next night. It kicked in in about half an hour and it made me stretch and slowly and casually get out of bed like it was nothing.

I shouldn't have a problem this severe. Maybe I'm on too much Invega.

I don't know why I'm able to stretch when it kicks in.

What does stretching even mean neurologically..

That upset has me really down now.

I did leave the vocational rehab services a message tho.
