Yeah, most all vape stuff is made in China. I had my heart set on getting a Smok Alien but Apokolips told me not to.

I'm so unhappy today. @Loial I want a Coolfire 4 too. I still never got one. :/ I think my lungs are too damaged to really use anything that produces giant clouds. I don't know.

I feel so stupidly sluggish today.

Idk if its the mcdonalds from yesterday or just eating bad in general. I feel like crap and all slow-moving. Idk what to do. Plus im not getting exercise. I feel extra huge.

I feel bad because the bf has only seen me let myself completely go, mentally and physically. Ive gained 15+ pounds since being with him in the past 5 months and have dealt with so much stress. Its killing me.

I hate being like this but i cant seem to keep myself away from fast food and packaged food.

Even that lemon herb chicken pasta was packaged but its a steamable meal.

Good afternoon, just hanging out on my computer at my school. Class doesn't start till six but I thought I'd come a little early today.

I am still doing well. I've got an appointment this week for a physical. I get to find out my exact weight. I have a general idea of it because I weighed my self at the gym but I'm not good with those manual scales so I could be off a bit. I'm eating healthy and going to the gym. I also started doing exercises with my hand weights at home to tone up my arms. I actually am starting to love exercising.

This is the fifth week of class, I haven't missed a week which is amazing for me. I'm very motivated, I study at least 45 minutes a day, I try to do more but it just depends on my focus on the particular day.

I have an event this weekend at the cathedral in the capital to shake hands with the bishop for RCIA. Excited about that.

How is everyone?

I'm on book 3 of the Lord of the Rings, thoroughly enjoying it!

Fantastic books. I’ve read them all apart from the appendices. Big fan of the movies too.

Impressed you are reading LOTR ...I always found it complex to read, I don’t think I could read it now.

Yay for going to class and studying 😀👍

I’m going to try adding more exercise to help with my energy... doing it regularly should help.

Doing things you enjoy helps....the problem is finding things that are cheap to do. Setting goals helps...I get a boost when I’m actually working towards a goal. So let’s say you want to learn how to cook, you might get a boost from finding a recipe, going to the store for ingredients, and the actual cooking itself. The thing is you have to really want the thing you’re doing it can’t be just something you think you should do or someone else wants for you.

oh and eat your fruits and veggies... I normally added an energy drink because I was working at the time... but I can tell the fruits and veggies I felt healthy and had loads of energy to finish work.

I meant for like general malaise. I feel sluggish. I think its from my diet but i cant be completely sure. I do get lethargy in general tho. So thank you.

My reward when I get home for coming is gonna be a nice fresh cup of coffee and reading the newspapers I got with my kitties. That's my reward every week but it is the best thing ever to relax at night after class.
