Okay y'all I took my meds. Just saying it so if I get confused later I can look back on this...

This is what it's like lol

The bf was gonna stay another 5 hours but he had to leave unexpectedly. His dog got into his moms medicine and she has diabetes and high blood pressure and stuff like that.

I feel horrible for the bf.

How are you feeling unsure?

Hopefully the dog will be ok....did he take him to the vet?

Yea his mom did and he’s meeting her there.

I have a headache again. Maybe this is the flu. I'm so tired. Barely slept all week. It looks like my friend will visit tomorrow. Trying to think of what I need. Tea, coffee mate, sweetnlow. A cup. I don't want him to catch whatever this is.

Today feels so weird

I feel so sad.

I chalk it up to the bleak overcast days of spring. But it started this morning when i knew id be eventually parting with the bf. Whats wrong with me? I cant seem to stay away from his side. I wanna ask if its love....but is it that or just the severe loneliness?

I long for the day we get to move in together.

I could swear its a full moon.

Hi SP thanks for asking, I'm feeling a bit better. My GP signed me off from work for 2 weeks. I've also been given a number i can ring that deal with bereavement. I'm still waiting to get an appointment with my psychiatrist. I see the clozapine clinic in 2 weeks.

Hi unsure, I'm glad you got a break from work for awhile.

Work was okay today. Felt headachy and sick all day for some reason. I woke up feeling like crap mentally, but i dealt with it. Been on and off all day. I’m really trying hard to challenge things.
Hardly any staff on tomorrow, kind of dreading it but it’ll be fine. Whatever happens it’s better in this team than the other team that’s for sure.

Everyone seems down right now, including my roommate. Maybe it's seasonal affective disorder... It's still early in the day though! I'm going to enjoy a beer right now since I'm off work and continue writing.

I got a valentines day greeting on my timeline on PC. That was nice. She's a really sweet woman too. What a nice surprise. <3

Hard times for us people prone to seasonal affective disorder..

I'm going to type out a good text to my friend that lives near the psychiatric hospital and tell her the truth about what's going on with me.

I'm just trying to push through.

I feel like I have parkinsons not wanting to move.

But I get bursts of rare motivation that makes me remember that I'm not going to be this way forever and that there's hope.
