I only have one week left of personal training so I’m trying to come up with my own workout plans. I made one and I’m going to try it tomorrow see if I die.

I have to buy an *** ton of groceries tomorrow. I am out of everything! I have no onions, potatoes, no veggies...these kids are killing me. Thank god for what we’ll be getting from the garden. I have a green bean plant growing on my desk. It sprouted today! I’m so excited.

I actually baked some garlic and herb chicken thighs this morning. the chicken was gonna go bad and I knew I wouldn't do it after work

Calamity Jane is back! Not sure if she's back or just visiting. The smoking break was very atmospheric with a dark sky, thunder and lightning.
It's hot and humid in the room. Hoping they'll be able to tweak the AC soon. And replace a ceiling tile - I keep worrying that spiders and centipedes are going to fall down around my bed. Oh well. I hope not. |

Went to bed at 3am last night and woke up at 9am. Yesterday I went to sleep at 8am and woke up at 1pm.
I definitely not able to do this. Concerta will wear off by the time I play guitar. But little sleep is good for the brain sometimes. |

After I’m done with my trainer I’m going to try this 12 week plan. I basically fill it out myself and track progress. Trying to eat better and drop a dress size at least. Trying my best. My good mood is helping keep me motivated.
