Much respect for doing full time. I've been doing it too and its such a burden when, from my mania, I only get 20 hours of sleep during weekdays. There are so many factors for us: anxiety, akathasia, mania leading to no sleep, paranoia, straight suicidal depression, and complete anhedonia. Good for you for still kicking the ladder and climbing up it.

I get all those things too apart from akathesia but maybe I just think of it as a sort of agitation.

After work I want to sleep but I'm going to play guitar with a friend. I'm going to bring my rum and share it because I want to relax. He shared some alcohol with me yesterday but I really needed to go home after and sleep from being in a good mood and not sleeping.

At the bf’s spending the night

Well it’s almost time for another week of work. I havent checked in so I don’t know how much I have. I’m hoping things slow down. Working all these hours is kicking my ***. Ive been wanting to get down to 20/week. Now would be a great time with the kids being home in a couple weeks.
Got lots done today. Even put away all my winter stuff. Though with the weather we have coming up I may regret that. Now I just have to hang all my summer clothes. I have 2 big drawers just for jeans so it limits my space.
I’m sleepy. Can’t wait to close my eyes. Right now I’m going to eat a fudge round.

Made another new friend and all 3 of us played our guitars and drank rum.

Made progress.. Will be practicing guitar tonight and then I play with him in the morning before I go to work in the afternoon..

I'm good. Got back from band an hour ago. They liked my voice! Going to be starting rehearsal for 3 songs next Monday. Working on learning them right now.

I feel really good this morning. Maybe too good... I might be just overthinking again. I’m listening to good music and it’s got me pumped but back of my mind I worry it’s something else.

Just back from my run. Was good but tired now.

Going to take a shower, put some laundry on... relax a bit then start on washing my dishes.
