Having really bad anxiety. Can’t breathe, my chest hurts, my stomach is in knots and I feel like I’m going to be sick. This sucks.
Text my boss and told him I’d work throughout the day as I felt up to it. Right now I’m laying down with the dogs.
Thank god my husband is home today. I need the moral support.
Also found out I am currently providerless. My new pnp left and they won’t let me see her replacement until I go for counseling. Perfect timing.

I had a lot of fun in Florida even though I really didn't leave the house very often. It went better than last time even. And I don't think I have to return to work until the Jan 2nd, and that's okay, because my boss gave me a bonus. Rent is paid, and next month the leasing office said that I don't need to pay rent, because it's a bonus for staying where I live. Cool right? Things are good right now.

Hey everyone. How are things going today?

I'm okay. Just working on getting my medical records from the United States from neurology. EEG, MRI and such. Want to try and aim to get my driver's license again. It's been almost 6 months since I last drove.


Now just working on getting ready for tomorrow's therapy appointment, and dropping stuff off at Kela.

Sometimes one just needs sleep. I went to bed last night at like six o'clock. Fell asleep by seven-thirty and woke up at five o'clock this morning. I hope you feel good when you wake up.

My sister is giving me a keurig single cup coffee maker!

.5 hours left to go today and 8 hours tomorrow of work and then another 4 day weekend. Woo-hoo!

So I found out yesterday that I am currently providerless. I am due for my med checkup in January.
I called today and since the new pnp left and my counseling waiver ended when my normal pnp left I was fired. I have 7 days to go sit at that disgusting clinic and wait for a therapist to see me somewhere between 9 and 3.
I called the place my normal pnp moved to and did an intake. I HAVE to submit to monthly therapy no waivers allowed at this facility. but I’ll get to see her as my pnp again. I guess the up side is that I can schedule appts at this place instead of the sit and wait walk in **** at the other hell hole.

Thats how my clinic is. Its a sit and wait one.

I feel like cattle when I’m there. I’ve never actually been for counseling there...just did the initial intake and I waited almost 5 hrs to see someone.
That’s ridiculous.

I mean seriously. Who honestly has the ability to spend an entire day waiting to be seen for 45 mins once a month. Most employers aren’t just going to give you a day off once a month.

Oh...for the last 2 months I’ve had a split in my lip from the weather and chewing my lips. Every time I smiled it would crack open and bleed. I used Burt’s Bees Overnight Lip Treatment one time and my lips are soft enough not to crack open and bleed. They don’t even hurt. Best $10 I’ve spent in a long time.
