So been a productive morning. I got showered, shaved and trimmed my nails. Then I been to shops to get ejuice and food. Maybe I’ll do some tidying and dishes this afternoon too whilst I’m on a roll.

Hey everyone, how are things going today?

I'm good. Went to the pharmacy and was able to refill my Latuda. Was really worried about that. I was able to practice singing at band today and did pretty well I think. Slowly regaining my ability to do vocal fry

I made an appointment to get my knee problems looked into. Its been 10+ years I've had knee trouble and its about time to put my health first. I hate doing this stuff, possible asthma, knee trouble, psychiatric problems, but if I don't care for myself I won't recover. So I am doing it.

Otherwise finalizing plans with my partners for the upcoming 3 months as well. Should have that done today.

What's everyone up to?
Thanks for this!

I slept okay last night but had really horrible dreams. In one someone poisoned me and I was extremely sick and in then someone was trying to
Possible trigger:
and then there was a fire. Not sure why I have dreams like these. They're so graphic and crazy

Took a Concerta. The sun is shining through the window.

Going to class in 40 minutes. Might go to Tim Hortons and get a coffee first and bring it to class. Today will be a good day.

Just working today. Went to Starbucks last night with a friend and hung out for an hour. That was fun. Then went over to my bosses house for like an hour and hung out there. Today the guy from uni is supposed to call...we'll see. He didn't call on time yesterday. Not sure if I want to go to this uni. But I guess that's what the call is about. IDK. I don't have a lot of work to do yet so I'm kind of twiddling my thumbs at work and spending all my time on PC.
Possible trigger:
having some visual hallucinations. I feel sort of depressed and dissociated today. HUGS to everyone who wants one! Kit

......
There was a threat made against my son’s school on social media today.
I’m sick thinking about it
.......
Going to see Gram with the kids after school today.
That’s about all I have going on. It’s raining and windy...not the go out kind of weather.

ofthevalley...I'm sorry about the school threat. It seems like it happens so often now. But it doesn't make it any less scarier. I hope all is well. Kit

Thank god im further along in my recovery. Even last year this would have been a serious threat to my mental health.

Basically all night I was working on my critical edition of Plato's Republic. This will take me until Sunday at least.

Hope everyone's day is going well!

Hung out with Gram Roll Call 142!. She was SO happy.
I totally suck. She’s 94...I know that in reality her time is short. But by making a point to visit her I feel like I’m admitting the end is coming. So I put it off.
Hopefully I have a few more years. I’m not ready.

There are 4 chapters that I nearly completed. All together there are 10, so im making very good progress. I think after this I'll read through it to make sure I haven't missed anything, then put it back on the shelf for 6 more years I guess. :-/ If I can do plato in a week, maybe I can finish my critical edition of faust next week. The second part of Faust is one of the most difficult reads in Western literature though. I'm half way through it, but not if I start with my new leather bound edition. Geez, I'm a nerd.

Yes. I won the grandma jackpot.
Got the short end of the stick with my parents though...56 and 57.

I really admire your dedication and passion.

I wish I loved something...anything (aside from family) as much as you love philosophy.
