of the valley I also feel something is off a lot lately, don't know what it is but I did have triggerpoints in my back for my degenerative disc desease.

I don’t have degenerative disc disease but I do have 2 ruptured disks and an annular tear. While not the same I can sympathize.

Morning! Slept terrible last night. Woke up at 12:30 wide awake. Was up until almost 2:30. Then got up at 7.
Working for a bit today then bringing my daughter for a sleepover and going to visit gram. Hopefully the streets are clear by then.
I am also doing laundry today. Like all of my clothes are dirty. I am wearing some interesting outfits because I’m too lazy to wash the good stuff lol.
I am feeling very restless lately. I just want to GO. Pretty much anywhere. Unfortunately I do not have the $ to support such an endeavor.

Hi everybody! Good morning! I came to work early today because I have to leave early to get stitches taken out of my SH wound. I know the dr is going to try to talk me into getting a pap smear while I'm there. I'm really uncomfortable with that. I brought my anti-anxiety meds but honestly, there's not enough xanax in the world to make that comfortable. It snowed last night! Not a lot but a lot for the desert! It was fun. I had a visual hallucination this morning of some shrouded figure. Not fun. But luckily it hasn't come back so I'm hoping it was just a one off. HUGS to all, Kit

I've just been sitting at home with nothing to do after discharging from partial hospital.

Still waiting to hear back from vocational rehab, apped for a few jobs myself.

Just bored.

Now I’m just waiting for my husband. Hoping he agrees to take me out. I’m going to celebrate national margarita day a day early. I will be sick as hell tomorrow but I’m eating good tonight lol.

My mother was transferred to a nursing home last night. They said it's only for a short while until she gets enough physical therapy.

She seems ok for now. Relatives are not giving me her phone number (either at the hospital or the nursing home). Like everything else involved with them, it's their show. I'm just the audience.

I love my friend so much. If it weren't for him I don't know what I'd do.

I saw my doctor today. Told him I feel empty. We talked. He doesn’t think I’m doing too bad just having a normal low. If it continues we can worry but he thinks I’m slowly coming out of depression.

I’ve been having some disordered eating thoughts. Trying not to act on them.

But we agreed I’m not hurting myself, I’m not impulsively cutting my hair or anything, and I don’t think mirror people are after me so I’m not doing too badly.

I’m glad your doctor thinks you’re ok. Sorry you’re having a few issues though. We all have ups and downs.

I'm reading a book my psychologists suggested. I can't say the name of the title, but I will say that it's anxiety inducing.

Had a nice time. Got surf & turf (sirloin & baked stuffed shrimp), garlic potatoes, broccoli, and garlic bread. And my margarita. Couldn’t manage dessert though.
First time eating meat in over a month.... Hope I’m not too sick.
There was entertainment at the restaurant. I was a little worried about it but he was pretty good.
Now I’m just killing time until bed. I’m very tired tonight. I struggle sleeping when my kids aren’t home so I may try an ambien. We’ll see.
