Got all my work and errands done.
Almost forgot. I had a script to fill for my son. 2 valium for before his wisdom teeth extraction. Apparently by law I have to fill it within a week. That seemed strange to me cuz now they’ll be sitting around until April. Is it like that everywhere?
He’s adamant that he won’t take them or the pain pills after the surgery. He’s so stubborn.
****. Guess I’m going to my mils. Dammit I just want to sleep.

Hey guys.. I got triggered today. So I used a new phone number since I broke up with my ex and apparently the phone provider sold my old number to someone else. This new person texted me, to my new number asking who I was (they texted Nick the same question as well), which is weird because how did they know my new number? They only got my old number and not my old phone so I don’t know how did they get my new number. I told them that their number was belong to me. Then they got upset with me because they keep getting calls from bank. They told me to pay my debt. I told them I don’t have any. Then they said “Why do these banks keep terrorizing me then?”. I said I don’t know, maybe just marketing trying to sell insurance or stuff, and I don’t even have a credit card so it’s impossible that I would be in debt. They said “It’s your problem”. Okay??? Then why you brought this up if it’s my problem? I said sorry for the inconvenience but I don’t have any debt. Nick texted them back telling them it’s not our fault that they got scam calls, we’re not the one who sold my old number, and if they have a problem with it to contact the phone provider instead. Then they apologized.



I hope my post makes sense, I’m confused in how to word it. Still shaking.

Bf is still sick. Burst his eardrum. But hes not having many symptoms of flu anymore.

He wont goto the doc cuz money.

I’m sorry they somehow found you and were so rude.

Thanks Valley, I wish I had the strength to stand up for my self when someone is being rude to me, but most of time I’m just freezed. I need years of EMDR therapy.

Saw my PDOC last night. He gave me three options: increase the AP, add another AD, or do both. He doesn't really like to make two changes at once though bc then he can't monitor the effects of the medication as well. So I told him I was okay with making one change if I could see him sooner than my normal 12 weeks. He said yes. So we increased the AP. I was able to start on the higher dose today thanks to having samples. And I go back in 5 weeks. I'm worried about feeling even more zoned out and zombie-ish than I do now. And worried about more weight gain. Bleh. But I really didn't want to add another medication. So we shall see if this helps at all. I feel kind of hopeful today. I doubt it is the medicine though, I think it's more that yay, we have a plan. HUGS Kit

BTW, I've been taking my AP in the morning but another forum suggested taking it at night and that might help with the zoned out zombie effects. Do any of you guys take your AP at night? Did it help with the zombie effects? HUGS Kit

Ive always taken it at night due to drowsiness......never had zombie effects.

Thanks SP. I'm always tired but I don't know if that is the medicine, the depression, the chronic fatigue, or the fibromyalgia. But feeling zoned out, like a zombie, that's definitely from the AP. But I think I'm going to try taking it at night. Can't be worse than taking it in the daytime. Maybe I won't whine so much about wanting to lay on the floor at work all the time. Kit

I think it depends on which AP you take but certainly most are taken at night to avoid too much sedation.

Which AP are you on?

I'm on Rexulti. The dose just got increased.

When I was on aripiprazole, which is similar to rexulti, I took it on the morning. I had trouble sleeping if I took it at night.

There’s certainly no harm in trying it in the evening though to see what happens.

Maybe I will try switching over on the weekend. That way if I can't sleep it doesn't mess with my work too much. Thanks Loial and SP.

Ate, took the trash out, showered, then talked to my sister for awhile on the phone

I always take mine at night and avoid drowsiness. I was prescribed seroquel to help sleep too so it does me sleepy.

What do you want us to say?
