I'm at work for now. I leave early today because I have a doctor appointment and then my kitty has a vet appointment. I'm nervous about both but probably won't know about kitty until they do lab work or something. I already had my lab work done and seen the results, ugh, liver isn't good, so we'll see what the doctor says. Also my HDL cholesterol is elevated so we'll see what the doctor wants to do about that. I've been exercising, but it also runs in my family, plus I'm overweight now thanks to the AP meds. Bleh. We'll see what doctor says. HUGS to anyone who wants one, Kit

At least today when I went on my walk I didn't feel like anyone was following me. That's progress! Kit

when i first got blood work done I had elevated liver enzymes and got an ultrasound and confirmed that i had a fatty liver. they put me on cholesterol meds and it worked and didn't need to take them anymore.

yeah, i was also lost a bunch of weight and it helped.

That's what I'm hoping happens with my new exercise routine. Lots and lots of walking. I hope its not for naught.

I just ordered a new pair of Reeboks. My old pair (three plus years old) is wearing out.

it's not just exercise it's what you eat too. just watch what you eat. you can eat anything but in moderation. i was also put on metformin for my prediabetes but i believe the metformin helped me lose weight and sometimes they can put you on it to do just that. curve your hunger while on ap's and i lost the weigh i had gained.

I really think you should tell your doctor and therapist... it's quite possible it's ptsd.

It’s about 40 here again. Too cold for me to spend any time outside.

Have to go back to work later. Sucks but I didn’t get to do much with the system down earlier.

I haven't had KFC in so long. There's one down the street, maybe I'll go next weekend. Their food is so good
