What's everyone up to?

Omg. This was the day from hell. I literally just signed out of work at 10:10.
Got up @ 6, got kids up, made breakfast, drove daughter to school, drove my sons tool box to his school, came home and worked a bit, went to the doctor, went to cvs, came home and worked, went to pick son up from school sick, came back and worked, picked up daughter from school, went to eye doc, went to a couple stores for Gatorade, crackers, Vick’s, etc, came home and worked, cooked dinner, worked, fell in bed.
Managed to get 7 hrs of work in. Almost got everything done. About an hour left but it wasn’t urgent.
My son has been dx’d with strep throat and the damn flu which is why he still has a fever despite 72 hrs on abx. Doc signed him out of school until Thursday. He hasn’t had the flu in 10 years. Not since h1n1.

It happens Blue_bird. We all do foolish things from time to time.
Please please please take this not so subtle hint from your body.

I'm going to tell my doctor that I want to try Adderall 30mg instead of Vyvanse 30mg.

I'm sick of just laying here in my bed not wanting to do anything. I'm too lazy to play video games or watch TV type of laziness.

Vyvanse is one amphetamine and Adderall is four mixed amphetamine salts so it should do something..

I dont know if this is negative symptoms of schizophrenia but I just feel like laying here. The only thing that brings me happiness is listening to a song while I go for a smoke. I don't feel like doing ANYTHING. Just laying here like I'm dead. For hours.

It's very disturbing for me. Especially when it gets dark it feels like I'm dead in a grave.

I don't know if it's because I'm sick and fighting an infection. Idk.

I don't know what is wrong with me. No one knows.. I don't feel like playing video games, watching TV, eating, using the washroom.. I just want to lay here. Wtf

I googled this and it comes from people posting on r/depression

But they say they don't even know if they're depressed just lazy. And it all people that are my age (20-30)..

Why? Is this depression? How can an antidepressant possibly help with this hell?

These people have been doing this for years. I've been doing this for a decade but it gets worse and worse as time goes on.

I hope my 30's are better. I have 7 more years of this hell. I dont think I can make it.

Morning/afternoon. Only got like a couple hours of sleep last night. Kept waking up from nightmares. Had panic attack and anxious all day. Took my meds early tonight hopefully I will be able to sleep soon. Have a good day everyone ❤️

I think I’ve been a little hypo too. Mind keeps racing since last night and I feel the urge to keep talking. I might have PMS as well, almost that time of the month. Last month PMS gave me depression. This month it gave me hypo mania. Being a woman is fun.

Ugh bf poured coffee grounds in the sink and its clogged plus theres beard hair everywhere

Hey everyone. How are things going?

Things are a little better today. Not 100% by any means, but better than they were.




I went to band for 3 hours and did nothing except an impromptu acoustic jam with a couple band mates. It didn't go too well cause I wasn't vocally warmed up and my voice was cracking periodically.

The day time always seems to go better than the night time lately. Thankfully the sun sets after 8pm now.




What's everyone up to today?

So I saw my doctor and explained how I was feeling and that my mother was worried and wanted me to come in and chat. He tells me that I’m a day early he has a meeting with the shrink about me tomorrow.

He said he’ll call me tomorrow after he talks to her. Not much to do for me today though. Might just up my Latuda or might add something like lithium. Who knows. I almost feel like I wasted my time (not the doctor’s fault) but he said it was good I came in so he has more info for the shrink.

Let’s see what happens tomorrow.

hi everybody! I've been sick with a cold. I took Friday off of work and spent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday watching TV and sleeping. Then Monday I worked half a day until my boss made me go home. I have a cough and a sinus headache from hades, but no fever. I feel kind of crappy though. But I don't wanna miss too much work because I need the pay. Tired of being sick. It sucks. Missed you guys though. HUGS kit.

Lost a few pounds. Weighed myself this weekend. I've been exercising. I was pleased to see some movement on the scale.

Im having such bad luck with these therapists.

Ever since i missed my last appt, they havent answered their phones or called me back. Despite calling numerous times and leaving a message.

Not sure if they are not wanting to take me on because im through a rehabilitations place and not private or what. Idk.

Switched to adderall. I'll take one in the morning and see if it helps.

If it's the same as vyvanse then I'll switch back to vyvanse cuz the vyvanse is free.

called my docs office and got an appointment for today, I leave in an hour.
