I'll just have to offset the weight gain with healthy exercise and eating

Morning! Wow the weekend flew by.
Today should be my brother-in-law’s 44th Birthday but instead he’s dead Roll Call: 146. Sucks.
Just working today. Probably do some laundry too just for fun. Not much else going on. Going to rain...again.
Have a good day everyone.

How much longer will you be in IOP?

I was in a day treatment program for a couple years, it was helpful and got me out of the house, the groups were beneficial but sometimes it was just a pain going

Curled up w/a bag of cookies, the pups, and Netflix. Work is dead. I’m done Roll Call: 146
My husband had something happen to his back brakes this morning so he took the extra car. My car needs gas...I refuse to put it in it lol. Guess I’m staying home today.
Feeling kind of sad today. Stupid feelers.
Going to try to sleep I think. I’ve got laundry going so not much else to do.

Sounds like a relaxing time with your dogs, I do the same with my cats, nothing more relaxing than Netflix, cuddly pets and cookies

So exhausted, only got about 3 hours of sleep last night. I hope the rest of the day goes by quick so I can go to sleep. I'm too tired to focus on anything

Registered for a summer class at the local community college today.

The course is only 4 weeks long but the class meets every weekday for two hours and 15 minutes.

Seems stressful but im gonna try it

Yeah I need to cut back lol I think I'm gonna just drink a coffee once in awhile on special occasions like holidays or rewarding myself for meeting a goal or achieving something. Even thinking about coffee right now after that makes me nauseous, guess that's a good thing

Hi everyone.
I haven't been myself lately. The psychosis I was in for about 5 months I think might have gotten to me. I think it might have taken a part of me, making me more anhedonic, or it's the Seroquel. I don't know which one caused it. I did the right thing reaching for therapy though as soon as it started. That was a good move on my part. I was totally convinced, on higher dosages of meds ever, and it still didn't prevent it.

100mg seroquel kills my mood every night on top of the invega sustenna. Before I take it, I feel better.. then I just feel zombified. But it helps me sleep.

I take 300mgs of Seroquel a night, and it barely lets me sleep. I see my psychiatrist may 31st. That's a long time away for me.
