The maintenance man rides back and forth all day on his damn John deer thing , especially during spring and summer. it drives me crazy cause I'm always afraid he'll stop here and knock or something. I just don't like people in my apartment.

Thank you. Its ok, im ok now. I called the fiance and my mom. Well and my dad too. And took gabapentin. Its as needed for anxiety. I think it helps more if i dont take it as much, otherwise it does nothing for me.

How are you?

I’m okay thanks.
I’m glad you’re feeling better.
I never found gabapentin useful either. But mine was scheduled 3Xs a day so even it did once help I got so used to it that it no longer did.

3. Called my job counselor but he didnt answer

4. Called my school academic advisor. We talked for awhile!

The psychiatrist called to confirm my appointment next week. And my sister was right there. So I opened up told her I wasn’t doing 100% and I was diagnosed with a psychotic disorder. I hadn’t told her before. She knew about the bipolar but not the rest.

I even opened up to her and my mother about my OCD that I’ve been washing my hands like crazy and that’s part of the reason why the doctor wants me to see the psychiatrist again.

Opening up is so hard. But my mother says it’s practice to talk to the psychiatrist.
