Now I'm just having a panic attack. I cant stop crying.

I think I have a flu or something. I started getting a cough a week ago now I can't seem to eat without problems...

Woo! What a workout! Going again on Wednesday.

I cleaned up the house for my mom to come home.

My mom said not to get a job right now cuz she might want me to do things around the house, furniture and stuff idk when she's in the hospital doing radiation etc..

I took an extra Vyvanse two weeks ago three times in the evening. Now I'm 3 days behind. I can't go a day without Vyvanse so I'll have to tell my doctor about what I did..

I think it was a panic attack. But I had taken a tablespoon of syrup when I started feeling this way. Syrup and my gabapentin.

Exercise can suck sometimes but it's so worth it in the end. I burned 900 or something calories today. I want to exercise even moreee..

I've been cleaning my room, brushing my teeth, showering. Am I manic? Nooo I'll never be manic. I'm too emotionally stable. Just my thoughts are very unstable. Always been like that..

It's good because I live in Jasper. So many things to do and skiing in the winter.

My injection is on Friday and I'm doing good. No psychosis.

I feel like no one can judge me. I was so paranoid when I moved here, walking around thinking people were looking at me but they weren't. I can go for a run in town and so many people do it and they'd just be like "Cool he's exercising" even though I might be running weird dodging people before I get to the trails.

Party went good.

Tomorrow is my wisdom tooth surgery, kinda nervous.

It will go well falcs! I had mine taken out when I was 19. They put you under but it literally only takes them 30 min and with everything they give you, you dont feel a single hint of pain. And the anesthesia wears off in a few hours after that. The whole deal is like half a days worth. You just gotta make sure to do what the doc says about taking care of it so it doesnt get infected in the days after.

I feel better. I talked to door2015 and my mom and dad. They all had their unique advice to give me. My dad says that it's ok to feel pain. Door2015 explained to me the empathy people with anxiety feel and how she relates. And my mom gave me a good distraction by showing me on video chat of the vaqueros riding down the street in California.

I'm so thankful.

I still think I need to be checked for diabetes tho.

I had mine cut out surgically when I was 17. IV anesthesia , took them two hours , but that was for all 4 and I woke up and then went home with pain meds.

Yes. I check mine once a year right now. I just sent my brother in law my labs (he's a doctor). But he isnt my personal doctor. So I cant goto a doctor here to get tested since I already did it. Medicare only allows for once a year for that kind of testing. Maybe i can ask him for my labs to take to another doctor here. Idk.

I had a panic attack earlier, I get scared of meds because of what happened ending up in the ICU for a week with Lithium Toxicity. I didn't realize at the time how big of an effect that would have on me years later. It's like I'm terrified of new meds from the memories of what happened

I'm trying to move forward from it but it still scares the **** out of me 8 years later every time I try a new med or dosages are changed.

Yes I am the same way. Which is why I have stuck with the same AP for like idk 7 years. But now I'm on geodon. I totally know how u feel. I've had probably a dozen bad reactions to meds over the years.

I was 19 and they yanked out all 4 teeth. I was like, meehhh

I thought it was weird and imagined pictures in my head of myself being unconscious and breathing

Guys my heart anxiety is sooooo much better. I don't even care how fast it's beating. I'm not even talking about it anymore on here..

I was on tinychat for a few hours. They're nice people and all accept me.

Now Imma sleep. I told my mom about the light vyvanse abuse (Taking an extra one in the evening three times) and she said don't do it again but I'll tell my doctor about it.

I'm so grateful for Vyvanse. I'd be a sleepy mess without it.

I've had an awful sharp/dull pain in my stomach, near my belly button. For a couple of days. Idk what it is. Makes me nervous.

I dont think so. I gotta goto work... but I'm wondering if it's either my period or constipation. I looked it up and it said if its appendicitis I would have other symptoms like nausea and I dont.

Good, ya it's probably something simple and not serious.
