Have you tried the doing three fun things method? You pick three things with three different senses to do at once. They should all be things you either find fun or used to find fun.
Yeah, I think the black dog has to do with depression but he also bites me. My T hypothesisizes that it has something to do with unmet childhood needs that are trying to get my attention or something like that. IDK I was kind of dissociated when she was talking about it. I usually have religious visual hallucinations or animals or children. But the dog is the only one that bites. It doesn't feel like a real dog bite. But it feels like a sensation. It's kind of weird. But lately he's been licking me too and laying by me, not as aggressive since my T talked about him like an unmet need. I sort of felt bad for him instead of just being afraid of him.

I'll try the three senses thing. I made myself read a book yesterday which I finished. I was about halfway through the book so I read 200 plus pages yesterday. I used to really enjoy reading but haven't enjoyed it as much the past couple of months. So I made myself do it to see if I would enjoy it. I sort of did but not as much. I have lost my ability to enjoy a lot of things. But sometimes I find if I still do them anyway I get some enjoyment out of them, just not as much. I have two new books to read too so I'm going to force myself to read those.

had wisdom tooth surgery this morning.

I'm feeling okay, just really sore even with vicodin. Probably won't be able to eat for a couple of days

That sucks. Shower problems and car problems are the worst. Just had to have a plumber come over to the house because my shower wasn't draining properly and draino wasn't doing the job. It's all my hair which I shed like crazy.

Yeah it's frustrating, I had to have a plumber here a month ago and they had to cut a hole in the wall to fix my drain

I can hardly eat much anymore. I eat like half a sandwich and am full for 5 or 6 hours. Quite a big difference to when I was on Seroquel and couldn't stop eating

Hugs @newtus Anxiety can feel a lot like a heart attack. Try to do some deep breathing if you can.
