I hope it isnt from pulling out my eyebrows and eyelashes...

I bend over the sink and the bathroom counter pushes on that part of my stomach a lot when I do it everyday.

I left my job. I went straight to the ER. For the stomach pain. They couldn't help me because they dont take my insurance. They wanted 1000 dollars. So I left. But the doctor recommended some medicine. He said if it continues tomorrow, to goto the er in another city because they dont have a hospital here I dont think, in this town.

Ok so I just realized what's happening to me, I think. Fiance made a comment about maybe it's something I ate. And I brushed it off. Then I looked up symptoms and he is right I think.

I think I'm having stomach pain caused by lactose intolerance. It said online that, that kind of pain is around the belly button. And it includes gas and constipation. That's exactly where my pain is and those other things too.

I feel so stupid. I ate a pint of ice cream whole, in one sitting, 2 days ago. And that's when my pain started.

I had the same thing happen yesterday newtus. Pain in my stomach and all that, I had eaten a pint of icecream that day too. I don't know if I'm lactose intolerant though, I've wondered about it for awhile though because I seem to have issues with dairy products the past year which makes me mad because I never had any problems with it prior

When I was a kid I used to have stabbing pains in my belly button. It was really painful. I went to the doctor and he pushed on that part and it hurt. They took a feces sample.

It just went away after that..

Hi guys. Had a nice weekend. But my mood was crap. I keep feeling SUI. I told some people IRL about it though. Not that it helped, but you know, I guess they know so....yeah. I'm trying hard not to SH. My hallucinations have been a little better. Not so intense. See my T tomorrow. HUGS Kit

Hey!

My dad came over and we went to get something to eat. He is so sweet and I love him so much. He was limping bad. He hurt his foot at work. I really wish he would get it checked out. He said while he was here that he felt a stabbing pain in his foot and I'm so worried.

His foot has been hurting him since he had to quickly get out of our old house in 2008. My mom pushed us out basically.

Ugh. I'm massively depressed. I wonder if 10+ years of therapy and lots of psychological medications that I am taking and have taken in the past are even doing any good. Like if I am even getting any better at all. I know that depression thoughts are negative so I'm trying to not put too much stock in them. But I'm just so tired of the depression. The black dog (visual hallucination) has been around some and is around right now but even that's not distracting me from the depression. It's like I'm in too deep. I can't get myself unstuck.

Have you ever tried DBT SlumberKitty? I have found it helpful in the past. It doesn't have to be just for people with borderline, it can be helpful in many ways for many people

Isn’t the black dog another name for depression.? Does the hallucination correlate with depression? Just wondering because sometimes for me there were actual meanings behind my hallucinations. Maybe if you get rid of the depression the dog will go away?

Have you tried the doing three fun things method? You pick three things with three different senses to do at once. They should all be things you either find fun or used to find fun.

I had to go grocery shopping.

And stupid me ate ice cream again and my stomach hurts so much. I accidentally ate it. My dad and I went out to eat and they said theres free ice cream. And I got some, not thinking, because i was too worried about what if someone racist is watching us. So i just did the motions but looked in my peripheral vision. Like always.

Nope, never tried DBT. I'm doing regular talk therapy and EMDR currently. Neither of them seem to be doing much good. But that's probably the depression talking. I just let an IRL friend know that I'm sui and stuff so that's good. The more open about it I can be IRL and not just online I think the better. I'm not very open but I'm trying to be.

I have to admit something. I stopped taking my seroquel almost a week ago. I couldn’t stand it. It made me so groggy in the morning. It was taking me four cups of coffee to feel awake.

I feel like people are watching me at the gym. Eyes watching me. I felt almost like I was getting messages in music today. Almost there.

I can’t take it. I can’t. I really can’t stand to take it.

I see my doctor tomorrow don’t worry.
