My shoulder hurts. I think I will try putting heat or ice on it later. I think I have been sleeping funny.

I figured out why I was having panic attacks!

Because of depersonalization and derealization! (Hell).

Does anyone else have this? It can last for hours, days or a week. I think its because of high cortisol levels instead of adrenaline.

Modafinil helps with people that have it when they have hypersomnia. Naloxone helps too.

Work was good today. It's amazing how much a good night's rest is for work and climbing a 40 ft ladder extended to the max. So much easier.

On the way home I bought a pizza for me and my roommate.

I think being on twitter has helped my writing because it makes me focus on just 280 or lower tweet, so each individual sentence is more scrutinized, at least when im texting and tweeting. Here I'm pretty much whatever. I'm way more careful on twitter now than I was before where I felt I had to respond to everything. My conscience kicks in when I write a tweet and then stare at it for 10 seconds and delete it most of the time.

Twitter has helped my blog, but not my book. I really fumbled the release(s) of my book. I must have updated it on amazon 20 times. I'm so pathetic. A made a friend on Twitter after I read her thesis on delusions and had a back and forth because she's got a phd in philosophy and that was her topic.

The advice she gave me was to just stop adding to part one and focus on part two, and afterwards, then I can create another "edition" down the road. I'm proud of the ending for it now though. Next time I'll sit on the finished book for 6 month and stew on it. Then give it to an editor, correct, and sit on it further.

I've been doing some pretty creative stuff with Nietzsche's Thus Spoke Zarathustra. this weekend. It's been pretty exciting actually, and I brought in another character who's name is Nima. She was in my chapter on Depth psychology within Greek Tragedy. Nietzsche was a Greek philologist who had a lot to say on Greek tragedy, and Nima embodies the Greek god Dionysus whih is the god of tragedy, intoxcity and ecstasy who I counter with Percy who embodies the god of poetry and truth Apollo, both are opposites of tragedy, even the greek world, so it's interesting to see them as a couple.

I just turned off automatic billing on my okc dating account. I'm giving up for now. Maybe some day in the future. Now I'm going to focus again on my books. It's not like I can feel lonely anyway given my anhedonia.

I should get a cat. That I miss.

I slept maybe 4 hrs. I'm so hungry but I refuse to eat for at least another half hour. I'm hoping to clean my computer today and start drawing tutorials.

Hope you get some more sleep eventually. I was extremely hungry for several weeks when my abilify was increased

Nice day here too. A bit cloudy. I'm going for a 2 hour hike!

I have a musician in my house. She was singing and playing guitar all night and everyone was drunk.

My moms friend with bipolar thought that everyone was against her and wanted to go out gambling but we didn't let her. She had a seizure and then went home. That's usually what happens. Everything is fine until she goes crazy then we all take care of her and makes sure she goes home lol

The weather is pretty warm here, in the low 80's F. It's supposed to be back to the 70's tomorrow. A coworker is coming out from NY next week and she is finger crossing it for 80 degree temps. We'll see.
