I never used Snapchat before, should I become corrupted by it ... lol ...

Really happy. I've been doing so well in terms of mental stability no major psychotic symptoms the past few months (a few minor ones), no manic/depressive episodes, anxiety/panic attacks are a lot less (still have them sometimes but am able to cope effectively), and doing great with recovery from bulimia (currently 8 months into recovery)

Also I've been getting out a lot and doing more things, spending time with friends, etc

I did it. I told a friend IRL (via text) about my sui attempt. She took it really well. I feel a little relieved now that someone knows IRL. It helped talking about it here on PC too though, but it also feels more real in a way. Less like a dream. It definitely wasn't a dream, but I feel dissociated from it now. See T tomorrow. Reveal time. Fun.

I wrote out my Christmas cards last night and got them addressed and stamped. My dad was going to take them to mail them for me today! I feel accomplished. Yeah!

Yeah, now I just have to deal with all the Christmas presents that need wrapping! I need Mary Poppins to come along, sing a song, snap her fingers, and do it for me!!!!!

I hate wrapping presents lol it's a nightmare, I'm horrible at it. Mainly because I'm lazy and also have two cats that always lay in the paper 🙂

I’m more of a gift bag person these days, shove in some paper and the gift and voila!

I do gift bags sometimes for wrapping, especially difficult stuff to wrap (anything not rectangular or square) but I always try to wrap the stuff for my sister's kids.

I've been looking all over for hot pickles at the liquor stores. Finally found one down the street.

Hanging out with my friend on the weekend. Will make some peanut butter fudge Friday, can't wait!

I think I'll be weighed this week. They always do it the first week of the new month. To myself I look like I lost a bit but not to anyone else yet. I'm still eating candy but not as much. I don't want to give up the candy.

Nice skiing day. Perfect snow conditions for skiing (Best I've ever skied in).

Phenibut makes skiing so much better like how alcohol does. I had to pretend I was less happier than I actually was cuz of it.

I'm trying to lose weight too. When I was off APs for a year I went down to 137 lbs from 230. Now that I'm back on APs I'm stuck at 160lbs and it's not budging. At least it's not increasing I guess.

Yes, it's good to not increase! I would love to be 160 right now.
