My sister started a go fund me for her insurance next year so she can get cancer treatment...she’s already raised like 1800 dollars in one day, I guess Instagram followers really do mean something 😀 Faith in humanity is good.

My mango aio stick (the third brand) is giving nothing but dry hits. The first two brands I had before were much better and I never got a dry hit. I'm really hoping the ones I bought on Saturday are not this brand.

I'm a little high from eating coffee candies all day. Well over 200 calories worth. I'll have to figure out how to have much fewer if I hope to lose weight. I've gotten off track because of the candy. And the carbs and desserts. My prior fave tastes almost like mocha after I have been eating the other brands. I love it. But I have to get control of myself.

One thing that's easy is to eat a small one instead of a larger one. Especially if chain sucking candy. One of the #1 large ones are probably worth two or 3 of the small ones.

I'm excited to get my new order from Vapewild. I appreciate their flavors a lot more since I have been trying very under flavored bunches of ejuices. Should have ordered more.

So, I'm obsessed with this stuff. As long as I'm thinking of e-juice and candy I can make myself get through the day. Drinking lots of Coke Zeros. When nice and cold or on ice it tastes great. But I buy twice as much as regular Coke. I'm really going to have to be much more restrictive. Cut the candy and carbs. Can't pass up the good desserts though. (Apple pie, baked apples, lemon cream pie, ice cream, sherbet, etc.)

I called my mom today but she was probably doing physical therapy. I'll try again tomorrow. I hope this stick is almost finished, I'm sick of these dry hits. I'd prefer my Drag to this anyway. If I were at home I'd probably vape more though. I'm not sure if Vapewild is going out of business or what. They're in TX and I don't think they've been banned yet. A lot of their stuff says out of stock or fewer choices. Yes, this new brand of coffee candy is nicely bitter with lots of sweetness. I think it's tied for second place with the former #1.

Almost every night I get really hungry. I've been eating Cheezits every night. One packet is the same calories as a regular Coke. I have to cheese it with the Cheezits. I'm not being nearly enough restrictive. And I have to start using the bike machine again because I feel better afterwards. My initial diet euphoria didn't yet get detailed in my head. Must do better.

Going to the city in the morning with my mom to talk to doctors about whether or not she should do chemo and/or radiation. Both can damage her heart which is already damaged and apparently 60% of women that do chemo for breast cancer die from heart attacks or congestive heart failure. So I'm just gonna focus on what the doctors and what my mom says and then give input.

I'm gonna bring my books with me on the trip to the city.

Still not feeling well. Thought about going to the hospital last night but one they usually just send me home after like 8 hours so I was like, do I really want to spend the whole night in the ER? Nope. Two, if I did get hospitalized, I would be there over Thanksgiving and that would probably make me feel worse. I just reached out to some people IRL and got through the night. Sorry you’re still feeling bad....for me I have to do fun stuff when I’m in the mild depression stage and it pulls me out of it. Usually I do the pick three technique. Three fun things, three different senses all at once.

That's what I do too now. I also have wrote up an instruction sheet about how to do that and gave it to my clients.
