Pumpkin bars sound good. I love pumpkin bread though. Yum Yum Yum. Might have to get some later at Starbucks.

Saw my doctor today. I’m good in regards to my bipolar and my psychotic disorder but doctor thinks I have social anxiety. I was reluctant about it but he gave me a script for Lexapro as an add on I start it tomorrow morning. Hoping for the best!

My mom is on lexapro and my aunt.....it also controls anxiety changes in blood pressure which is good. Anyway they love it.

I’m hoping it helps! Starting off slowly to test the waters.

He also suggested I consider seeing a psychologist. Not looking forward to that really.

I had nicotine withdrawal this afternoon so I used my stick a bit and the headache completely cleared up. It's stupid of me to get more addicted. Hopefully if I vape 12mg 4x a day I won't need the stick. But I have to try a different tank. Maybe the zenith pro because I've got to have better air flow. The staff notice me staying in from the smoking breaks and they're going to catch on if I keep it up.

The phones went down today, in the whole place, except for cell phones. Looks like I'll have to probably quit my night time yogurt. It's too full of calories. No reason to have yogurt and candy. I want a peppermint mocha lol. Good thing I can't go to any coffee places.

So my dad is having cataract surgery on Monday.....I don’t want to forget about him because he’s been doing such a great job taking care of my mom and now my sister will be there too. So I’ve got a choice to make either I get him a less expensive maybe $25 Applebee’s gift card which is my go to gift for him or I get him a peanut sampler that’s more like $50. Part of me was really excited about the 8 flavors of peanuts but the rest is like $50 is too much for peanuts. They go to Applebee’s every Monday so I was thinking of joking that he might miss Applebee’s “on the day” due to surgery. Anyway which would you guys pick?

People annoy me when they're over 25 and still act like they're 19.

Cuz when I was 19 I was a mess. Rightfully so.

Peanuts a brown, brittle and taste like wood (Not good gift cuz people will be eating peanuts and be like "Oh yeah SP got us this...").

But Applebees! cuz take out restaurant food is good and social people like food. They'll be like "Yeah SP paid for this one" then they talk about you and stuff while they're eating delicious teriaky chicken...

But peanuts are still good. Different types of peanuts??? But expensive.. You should spend 25 on applebees and 25 in savings for other gift.. Remember.. Einstein said if he has to decide, he'll wait 99% of the time deciding..

I think they're both great ideas but I would say applebees because it comes with the experience of going out and making memories, they'll have a good time

Good start to the day. Woke up, had coffee, brushed my teeth, took my meds, took a shower. Going to the store later

Its annual training that takes place during the holidays (end of the year). It cover cultural competency etc stuff like that. My agency rented out a movie theater at a fancy new entertainment place to show the training. Which is gonna be an hour and a half. And they said that's the short version! Its normally 4 and a half hour training, but this year they made it short (I came just in time!). Over 150 plus people or more that work for the agency and I will be seeing everyone from every campus in all the counties. Then, we will be doing team building skills, aka bowling or axe throwing I guess. We are getting paid for the whole day though.

My therapist said on the bright side I am getting paid to bowl. I guess. I'd rather go home after the training. Oh well. I dont think anyone is particularly happy that they HAVE to bowl.

Walking to the stores takes so much longer when there's ice covering the sidewalks
