Made chicken stir fry and fried rice for dinner. Prepared it actually. The stir fry was frozen. But the rice was in a packet.

Tomorrow I've got to go to the laundromat. Then Tuesday grocery shopping and over to my friends house. Hoping to hear something from my case manager about the apartment complex. Going to be spending more time at the library reading and whatnot, to get out of the house. Its a relaxing place

I couldn't reach my mother today. She actually answered one of the first times but I didn't realize it until I hung up. I didn't hear her. I'm worried. I wish she could use her cell phone there but I guess she feels safer with the phone at home. I wish she could text.
I guess I could drink tap water tonight, it's cold enough out. |

Woke up at 5am for my moms radiation class. I had a really good sleep. I dreamt that I was anxious and took a klonopin. It said 2mg on one side and 3mg on the other. I woke up feeling like I was on benzos, literally. It was wonderful..

I'm so tired. And can't stop thinking about food. It's 1:30pm and so far today I've had a bowl of oatmeal and a burrito but I'm still hungry

I heard back from two psychologists saying that they aren’t accepting new patients.
I heard back from this other office and they said they’ll be accepting new patients in February and I could call for an intake. Now I’m a bundle of anxiety today. I wish I could just go home I feel safe and happy at home. I feel like my anxiety is getting worse. The more I think about it and try to do something about it the worse it gets. It’s frustrating. I see my doctor next week again to see how I’m doing on the Lexapro added to my combo of meds. I haven’t gotten hypomanic on them yet so that’s good. |

I'm getting so tired today at work. Don't know if it is the migraine. The stress of my therapy appointment later. Or the fact that every time I talk to my parents right now, they are like, "Are you okay????" OMG.

I'm so pissed. My ceiling is leaking again. This is the third time it's happened in the 3 years I've lived here and both the other times most of my ceiling had to be replaced.
