I'm feeling very good today. No psychosis. Skiing in the nature of the mountain snow helps. I was talking with my moms ex bf's friend about investing.. better than talking with my friend about conspiracies.. I can't handle conspiracies..

But I'm feeling good. I found it really hard to wake up after taking seroquel and olanzepine but the caffeine and vyvanse woke me up.. very grateful for these stimulants.. and they dont give me psychosis like 99.999% of people with schizophrenia.
Thanks for this!

Thanks It will be nice to get out. I was almost going to cancel because of being depressed but that would probably just make things worse

Talked to my doctor. He’s proud of me for cutting back on drinking. He thinks maybe my increased anxiety and depression might be because my body is like ‘where’s the booze???’ So hopefully things pick up. Still sticking to the Lexapro. Got a refill.

Oh and he’s proud of me for reaching out for a psychologist. I got kudos today. Roll Call 158!

The anxiety might be because I had to stop the beta blocker a couple days ago. It was just making my blood pressure too low and dizziness worse when combined with the higher dose of thorazine

I'm just hoping I get used to this as time goes on. I don't think I've ever once called to have an earlier therapy appointment than scheduled but I thought it would be a good idea considering how I've been feeling lately.

I think I freaked my friend out a bit at how I was shaking and just weird overall..

I pretty much dozed for two hours at work. I didn't have very much work to do, and I'm freezing and not feeling well. I have on a shirt, a long sleeved shirt, a pretty thick sweatshirt, a zip up sweatshirt with sherpa on the inside and a hood, and I had my hood on, and I had my heater on at my desk, and I was still freezing. I go outside at 4 PM to check the mail and I'm like, it's warmer out here than in the office! Winter, sheesh, who knows?!!!

Doing my best to not end up in the hospital. I haven't been for 3 years and would like to not end up there over Christmas. I'm doing what I can to cope

There's a music/instrument store right down the street. I had never been in there before today but omg. All the violins. I miss playing mine. I know where I'm going when I save enough to get a new one. All the different instruments were so beautiful

I know it’s not the same, but have you ever played uke? They’re pretty inexpensive and cheerful....

No I haven't, but I saw them there, they are reasonably priced, maybe I'll look into getting one, that would be a fun hobby
