Nope, I work Monday and Tuesday. Then I'm off Christmas Day. Then I work Thursday. Then I took Friday as a vacation day. But I am ready for the weekend! Even though I'm just going to be at Church for most of it.

Yeah there’s quite a few things going on in my life that is ugh kinda ****ed up in so many different parts and idk. I’m scared of myself. I’m scared of my mind and I’m scared of dying and losing more friends.

I’ve had a “friend” abandon me. My dad has also abandon me along with my sister who just had my niece and hasn’t ****ing talked to me or anything. Posting sister stuff with her current BFF and has completely forgotten about me. It hurts but if they don’t want me in my ****ing life they can suck a big one. Doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt any less.

Wait 2-14 more months. Make sure you're eating right, little exercise (Heart pumping), constant stable non-changing medications (Maybe take some nootropic supplements like fish oil, caffeine, etc), good sleep, regular talking with treatment team about problems (After sorting out problems in your mind), talk to friends (Not fake ones), family (Love, support and understanding), acquaintances (Impress them with your cool mind.. maybe they'll become friends), part time job maybe or volunteering, look towards the future, forget about the moment and the past, make a routine (Write what you're going to do at what time), write about your mental health (Here or in notes), meditation (Maybe before you sleep, - Think about things..)...

I'm going to visit my mom again at the compassion house for a week. Very nice place.

I have a years worth of phenibut so I'm not worried. Got my meds refilled so I have a tonne of meds. Can't smoke marijuana there but I can bring CBD oil.

The new doctor I went to was questioning me heavy about the Vyvanse. "You have ADHD?" and I said "Yes but also a narcolepsy type 1 thing where I sleep a lot (18 hours a day but 12 hours with Vyvanse) and ADHD is like not being able to put a number on the importance of things with high IQ not being able to focus on things that aren't interesting but idk.." and she said since I'm seeing my psychiatrist soon that she won't change my meds... But I see my regular doctor when I get back.. She asked me if I've ever had a sleep test and I said no..

I hate when people question why I'm on my precious stimulants...

Since starting the abilify injections I’ve been sleeping less since before I even started on an antipsychotic. I ended up not bothering with therapy atm because all my clinic right now is 30 minutes a week at most for therapy. I had to ****ing ask my friend about taking me to get my injections yesterday because my ****ing case manager didn’t call or tell me she couldn’t take me yesterday. And I needed it by today or I was **** out of luck. Other than going down from 200 to 180 and not sleeping as much it’s not been much help. I’ve been more active chasing kids around and doing chores around the house. My friend gets upset when I tell other people about how I’m feeling that’s not him.
