In order to read a book, I have to close myself off to the world and isolate.

The problem is, whenever I get into the book and find it really interesting, I want to tell someone or search it up on Google and go into the rabbit hole of creative connecting thoughts about what I've learned.

One of bfs friends just lost his job.... because of what covid is doing to the economy....given the intensity of the phone call I thought he might have covid because he was still going Into work...luckily that wasn’t the case.

I saw some on TV. They looked terrifying. There was some protesting in Los Angeles two days ago I think where they blocked the freeway and busted out some windows on the CHP cruisers. I don't live in LA but that is where our news comes from. It looked terrifying too but not as much as what was happening in Minneapolis and some other places.

Oops sorry didn’t mean to thank that....it’s terrible...did you see where Minneapolis arrested the black member of a cnn news team but left the white one free. That’s so wrong.

The thing with the police they have too much ****ing power and the police and government treats minorities like second class citizens.. It’s never going to change if we don’t rebel against the government. Like the death penalty..: Black people are more likely to get the death penalty for a murder that they didn’t commit. There is white privileged when it come to opportunities and a fair trial.

Chamomile tea and 5mg of olanzepine put me to sleep for two nights without a zopiclone. It's not as good of a sleep though.

I was supposed to have a doctors appt today about something going on with my abdomen. It was actually supposed to be at the big hospital. but I can’t afford the charge I have or the copay.

I just wanna sleep. My schedule is too tight with shyt to do. So many people been trying to reach me.

I feel like I’ve changed since I joined PC 5 years ago. Some are improvements but some are degradations. Though both of them are my subjective opinions. I think it’s an improvement for the most part though so that’s good.
