Getting a bit tired at a reasonable time for once. Maybe I will sleep like a normal human tonight.

I slept good last night. Woke up at 6 then took a shower, and afterward went back to sleep for a couple hours.

It's 5am. I'm just gonna sit outside and listen to music and maybe try to go to sleep at 6am, wake up at 12pm.

Slept like 4-5 hours. Not too great, but I think I know now that I have to take a nap at some point today.

I slept pretty good until about 2 AM. (Went to bed at like 7:30 PM, went to sleep probably around 8 PM). But at 2 AM, I started waking up like every half hour. It was annoying. I didn't do anything different so IDK what was the matter. I didn't even take a nap yesterday which I usually do on Sundays.

Didn't sleep last night, it's currently 10 to 4am and we're still awake... Hungry but don't want to wake our mom by making noise in the kitchen.

Well I woke up one hour later than last night...unfortunately once my sleep is disturbed it’s a real effort to get back on track.

Went to bed at around 6pm (~26 hours awake). Woke up at 3:30am.

I'm gonna have a coffee, chew nicotine gum for focus and take a Vyvanse 50mg at 8-9am and then sleep at 11pm-12am tonight.

I'm not taking extra anymore. Dopamine desensitivity makes sleep paralysis worse - I was walking around the house in empty rooms which made me realize that I was still dreaming. Sleep paralysis is a GABA thing but also can be worse if lack of dopamine is involved.

What I got out of these dreams is that my mom could have a much better life - Not so stressed out. I'm afraid that her heart condition and cancer will kill her. I learned that I should drink less coca cola and also read books more. I said I would read books often if I wake up from sleep paralysis because I gave up hope on trying to wake up - It was like lifting weights just trying to move my arm.

Taking a very low dose of phenibut today and let it clear my system. I took temazepam and a zopiclone to sleep at 6pm because I was getting "micro sleeps" where I wouldn't remember anything for a few seconds like glitches in the matrix.

It was sort of a relapse but I'm going to get back on track again. I hope my doctor forgives me - I'll bring the rest of the Vyvanse (40mg's) back to the pharmacy.

I got about 7.5 hours of sleep. Pretty good. I do better with 8 or 9 but it's close.

Went to bed at ~2am last night, took Vyvanse at 10am and woke up at ~2pm.

Gonna take a walk around the block then sleep at ~1:30am then take Vyvanse at 10am and get out of bed at ~11am no matter what.

I'll try and have coffee at around ~11am. I want to be out of bed before noon.

Had a really good sleep. Nice really cool dreams. Fell asleep at ~2am, woke up at ~5am, had a snack and went back to sleep.

Woke up at 10am, took Vyvanse and fell asleep then woke up 2 hours later - Had a coffee at exactly 12pm.

I'll go to sleep again at 1-2am.

When I took a walk around the block at 1am, I was yawning like crazy.

I went to sleep at 12am.. I don't remember much but I was in a vacation house in Mexico and it was night time - I was on the couch.. So I went to sleep, to a dream (I forget this dream but I think it could have been crazy wild) - I woke up and this woman came over and started hitting on me.. I went to sleep again and woke up to realize that I was in the combination of a vacation house and a psych ward..

So I started going to the lunch line and the head chef was screaming at this guy "I'm going to ****ing kill you" because he messed up and I didn't say anything - Then some friends I've had in real life were in the line. I talked to one particular friend and he had a third eye but it was black.

I then went outside to go on a jet ski and it was literally like being on the beach. There was so many people jet skiing, sitting in the sand, swimming in the water, waves splashing against the rocks, the sun, blue sky - And I was enjoying the jet skiing, I could use it in the sand too so I was jet skiing through trails - To the vacation house.

I decided to say "Hey lets go dirt biking" so we went into the garage, a dirt bike appeared in front of me and I went out to a neighbourhood where I had that feeling again - I looked at the houses and they were beautiful. Gold stone, windows, 45 degree angles within each other for the roofs - I was in awe of just looking at how real everything was. I thought "I would easily be able to draw this and it would be amazing" and "This can only be seen on DMT or something".

I woke up and felt so relaxed and told this friend with the black third eye about my lucid dream and he said "I had one too" and he kept comparing my dreams to his and he wouldn't stop talking - I realized.. "I'm still dreaming.." so I said "**** this, I'm waking up" and I did..

I woke up really really relaxed and focused at 4am.

I sleep usually at 11pm then wake up at about 5am or 4:45 am. Then, I take naps during the day if I am sleepy. I was really tired this Saturday and slept from 11pm to 10 am the next day. I was really exhausted. But, I did not take any naps afterwards today. I am doing fine. I feel re-energized from sleeping and went shopping, cleaned my apartment, and am now washing the laundry. I feel fine. I think sleep is important! It helps me feel refreshed.

Have been sleeping better than I have in maybe 2 years. Weird. Super weird. Not complaining.

Gonna sleep at ~2am. Really tired. Hopefully the Invega stops making me so tired soon.

I woke up past noon the past 2 days in a row because the Invega is so sedating.

I'll try and wake up at 9am this morning

Will probably be going for a hike on Canada day.

I took a little more than my tolerant dose of phenibut so could have sleep paralysis tonight.
