I might throw my alprazolam away and keep 4x 0.5mg (In case I have a dissociative flashback - 3 of them can be used for a massive one with 1 left).

I'm going to tell my doctor about this and if I use up the 2mg due to normal anxiety, he can prescribe again, 14x 5mg diazepam to taper off.

Then he can prescribe 20x 1mg lorazepam for possible dissociative flashbacks.

I should have just stayed under doctors supervision. But so far I have this all under control - I was just so damn scared of those panic attacks. I'll speak about this to him when I get the scar tissue on my shoulders looked at from the injections.

I'll drink chamomile tea for regular anxiety instead because that works really well.

Just got a message that says governor of Texas requires all Texans to wear a mask everywhere unless otherwise noted, eg. medical conditions, exercising, swimming, eating. Wow.

Actually got my kitty Amelia to eat her breakfast this morning. Lately she's been really fussy about her wet food. But today she scarfed it down. Later when I was emptying the litter box, opening/unlocking the gate, and getting the newspaper, she was walking in the empty lot back towards the backside of the house but outside of our fence. I kept calling to her and she responded by meowing but kept on walking. Little turd. I try to get her to stay in the yard. But she's a wanderer. She loves being in the alley behind the house. I just worry about her.

I ordered my Mom some postcards from Etsy that were Wizard of Oz. There were four sepia toned ones. I liked them so much that I took them to Hobby Lobby and got them specialty framed for her. They called last night and said it is ready. I didn't show her the cards but I did tell her about it because I couldn't keep it a secret, I was too excited. So I'm so excited to go to the store and pick it up today and see how happy my Mom is. It's just a "just because" present. "Just because I love her." It's not her birthday or anything.

Then I was telling my coworker about it and she said how much she loves Wizard of Oz so I ordered her three postcards from Zazzle and sent them to her. She should get them the 7th or the 8th. I can't wait. Plus I sent her a post card from the aquarium of some jellies!
