I didn’t tell y’all I got 2 more pounds on the scale this morning.

I stayed full yesterday, let me tell you. I ate breakfast and continued to eat part of my breakfast throughout the day. And THEN fiancé wanted pizza and a whole bunch of other things. I was so beyond stuffed I could’ve thrown up. I’m surprised I didn’t.

And now he done made 3 hot dogs for us each and I can barely put down 1. I’m not even hungry to begin with...

Eating whipped cream straight out of the can for lunch. Just sayin'.

Person 3: "YEAH. GOD. And like, you KNOW that what you're doing isn't helpful, that it would be far better to make a damn decision and only do one of them than stay caught in the decision crisis and do none of them, and yet you're still paralyzed because choosing one means choosing against the others and HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DECIDE THAT, and once again your brain is right back to "no you can't choose only one, you have to do EVERYTHING or you've FAILED""

Person 5: "I have this too. Is it an ADHD thing? I thought it was a trauma thing. "

Person 6: "I personally don’t get this feeling and I think its just a common feeling for overachiever type personalities. I’m not your therapist or anything, but I could totally see how trauma could cause that type of thinking."

Person 5: "I'm sure it's somehow related to my trauma. I just haven't figured out how. I think my parents were the same way"

I have ADHD but I really haven't studied it. Apparently I have the inattentive type. I have no idea what that means.

A few different things. Mainly though worried people are plotting to get me thrown out of my apartment

Getting some more herbal tea tomorrow. Today I bought Orange zinger. Tomorrow I'm getting peppermint and also spice dragon red chai tea

Not really. I really should clean my room. Yuck. I probably will lounge around and study the Bible. I think we will BBQ on Saturday. My Dad said he will make hamburgers. We had steak for Father's Day so gotta go cheaper this time. What about you?

I like Kusmi Tea's Anastasia blend: orange blossom-flavored black tea with bergamot and lemon plus they come in muslin tea bags so I really feel like it's a fancy treat!

We are going to the bfs brothers place on Saturday.....not sure what we’ll have but the bro is an amazing cook and so is his wife....
