People are lighting off fireworks right now like right where I live. Makes me want to cry honestly. I am not sure why. Just too much emotion for too long...

Took CBD and gonna drink chamomile tea.
No benzo for me =] I think my mental breakdown is kind of over. I have very good insight. I think geniusly sometimes =] I'm like an AI computer. I short circuit and then sort myself out - Just have to make sure I don't let my family know that I'm short circuiting or else they are concerned and bring me to the psych ward - And I don't want that.. |

That's where my dad comes in handy. He's like the balance of me between him and the rest of my family. My dad is probably schizotypal - Or in between psychosis and "normal" - He "knows". He gets it.
It's like the perfect balance. |

Welp, just almsot got asleep and then, Mr. Kitten decided he needed to start nibbling on each one of the fingers of my left hand, one by one. Finally, gave up, tunred lights on and started to make some pasta and stuff. Checked on him. Sound asleep on my bed!!! Stink pot!!!!

Morning
Doing good. Took my medicine. May be a bit hypo. Left the house on my own for the first time this morning. Went to the post office to send my nephew a letter. No coffee for a few days now and don’t want any. Haven’t been real hungry cuz been eating a lot despite myself being way past full.

Just took a shower. Turned the temp to cold for the last minute of it. Definitely woke me up! Was gonna go to the grocery store today but thinking maybe Monday instead. My sister is stopping by around 2 to drop off my money, my game, and a shirt I ordered.
