I ordered the game guide to Animal Crossing: New Horizons. I had a guide for Animal Crossing: Wild World and it was very useful for keeping track of what you have in the game so I think this one will be too.

And a few more Kindle books

I'm getting a garmin smartwatch next week instead of a fitbit. My sister has a 40% off coupon for any Garmin product. Original price is $189

I got a lot of exam done this morning but told myself I’d do the rest in the afternoon just because I was on a roll...not so sure it’s going to happen now...something about eating lunch slows me down.

Read a chapter of my new psych course and made notes.

Doctors appointment in about 15 min.

Then maybe I’ll check out more info on my computer science course I’m taking.

Ok so.

I am picking up 6 tablets of clozapine 25mg tonight, I'll take two per morning for the next three days.

Tomorrow I am picking up 100mg of clozapine, I'll take one each night, and one each morning after three days.

So 150 for three more days, then 200

The issue wasnt the classes. She missed a psych appointment one time and said he was missing appointments for his cleft pallet surgeries when she has prof he's up to date with his needed for the birth defect.

Finally got the call from my doc. He’s busy, I understand.

Told him what’s going on. Basically everything is going fine with working from home, I’m studying from home, I’m getting out of the house sometimes while still being safe and socially distanced wearing a mask, not going back to the gym yet because of things, and not showering regularly.

He gave me some advice similar to what my psychologist said and said to make sure I have separation between my work office and the rest of my living space so I’m not overwhelmed with the thought of work. My desk is in the corner of the room so it’s easy enough to ignore on my time off so I should be okay.

So he says I sound like I’m doing okay except for the showering part, and I’ll talk to him again in a couple months! No med changes or adjustments needed.

Just shower more, listen to my psychologist, and... don’t stress hahaha.

Oh, and take my meds!
