I think I just feel guilty for spending a lot of money. I spent much more than I normally do.

Oh I’m the opposite, I find retail therapy a mood booster.....

So my T put it this way, have a budget and as long as you’re on budget it’s ok......

I find it to be a mood booster too it's just.. Idk, my sister is always telling me I should save money and I do most of the time, I just went a little nuts this past week. I'm gonna slow down.

It's all in my budget thankfully, but I could have easily gotten carried away if I kept it up

My problem is I have an issue when I'm manic or hypomanic where I go on spending sprees and can't reign myself in even if I'm over my budget. I was feeling hypomanic the past 2 weeks, I was finally able to calm down and stop, I just feel bad that it almost got out of control

My doctor was also reminding me to stick to a routine. Like I’ve been sleeping in on days off until like almost 10am or later.

So I’m going to try to get back into routine of waking up earlier. And showering regularly!

Never thought I would have a problem with this stuff I’m usually all about routine and being clean lmao.

The thing is it didn’t get out of control and you’ve put safety measures in place to stop it from getting out of control.....that’s extreme ply responsible and you should be proud.

If you’ve got any mood element at all the routine is critical.....

I spent 10,000 dollars on guitars in two days one time, so, I finally had to turn my money over to someone else. I get few hundred dollars at a time now, so I can't go crazy. I have a buddy who, in his first-ever manic episode, bought a $400,000 yacht. So, you know...

This is a major-league food city, not that I can afford any of it. But my favorite place just closed permanently today due to COVID. It is ravaging our economy. I am so worried about our nation. So worried. freaking out here. What if we all become homeless or something? How would we get meds? Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

Roll Call 170

Love this tattoo but have no tolerance for pain or permanence....I remember wanting it years ago when I felt it would remind me of how strong I actually am. I was going to get it made into a custom fake that you get a few copies of and wear when you feel the need. It was going to go into my emergency bag in case I ended up back in the ward again...because that’s when I would need a reminder....

Just came to mind, thought I’d share....

I have a chart that shows fruits and vegetables and their peak growing season, and also if they’re available canned/and or frozen. I’m gonna use it to help me shop. I think I’ll buy some strawberries since they’re in season. Bell peppers are too so I’m getting a lot of those because I like them raw for snacks.

I’ve never been manic, but hypomanic me bought five purses and a pink wig once for no reason.

I didn’t have access to a big limit credit card at the time and was out in the country not close to any stores.

But if I was close to a walk in tattoo place I probably would be covered in so many random tattoos. I would have so many ideas.

Mostly in my hypomanic spending sprees I would buy books on all sorts of subjects Roll Call 170
