Healthy Banana Peach Bread

1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3-4 overripe bananas,peeled
1-2 ripe peaches, peeled, diced, or equivalent of canned
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts if u like
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat to 350F. Grease bottom and side of loaf pan. In mixing bowl, "cream" the sugar, brown sugar, and applesauce.

Place bananas, eggs, peaches, milk, and vanilla in another bowl and mix until smooth. Stir into applesauce mixture until well-incorporated.

Mix flour, walnuts, salt, baking soda in a separate vessel, then, stir that into banana/peach mixture until flour mixture is just moistened. Pour batter into pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, using the toothpick or sharp knife methdod or whatever you use for doneness. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheesy Rice Chicken Casserole

2 Chicken Breasts cooked (usually I boil them)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups broccoli chopped up
1-1/3 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Mix everything but the cheese together in baking dish. Put the cheese on top. Bake at 350 - 375 degrees for about 50 minutes.

Anyone know what kind of aisle ranch seasoning would be in? I'm thinking probably with the other spices and stuff but am not sure. It's such a pain trying to navigate the aisles in stores due to the arrows now, so I like to be sure of where I'm going to get what's on my list before I go to the store.

I found a nice recipe for blueberry turnovers on Pinterest, I've never made turnovers before so it might be a little challenging but not too difficult. I'm gonna try making it in September maybe. Of course, you can swap out any fruit you want like raspberries, blackberries, cherries, etc.

Blueberry Turnovers - Sprinkle Some Sugar
