"There is evidence that nitrosation of nicotine in vivo could lead to formation of N-nitrosonornicotine (NNN) and 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK).[13] which are known to be highly carcinogenic."

Well I don't want cancer - That was the whole point of having my last cig in 2019.

I will have to quit precious.. nicotine gum..

Maybe it's from cutting out sugar and caffeine, Idk. I haven't had as much dopamine since I cut those out

I miss coffee in the mornings with my mom. I feel like good company and coffee are a great thing. We used to sit up early in the morning drinking coffee in the living room together in the place we lived, just talking and with our cats Annie and Kitten

Maybe I'll see if my sister wants to go to Denny's or some diner to have coffee and breakfast or something sometime

I definitely understand the feeling. Wanting company is definitely a thing.

I drink coffee alone these days in the mornings. Perhaps you could come up with some sort of morning routine with coffee? I often just meditate in the morning with coffee and write in a journal (just whatever comes into my mind).

I wish I didn't have to be busy to be considered productive by society. I wonder if there's a way I can make enough money to support myself without being "busy" per se. I just hate the feeling of being too busy.

That's a good idea, for awhile I was having my coffee in the morning while sitting out in the living room and playing Xbox in the early morning for awhile before starting my day. I think I may do that again. Sometimes I journal too

I understand that. I tend to do a little better when I'm busy but I think it's good to have a good balance of busy and rest/recreation time. I don't like the feeling of being so busy that I have no time for myself. Lately I have too much time, which is why I applied for the part-time job. I hope you're able to find something where you can make enough money and not feel like you're overly busy

How do you like to spend your time when you’re not busy? It’s always possible something you enjoy could be what makes you productive….

I managed to eat a handful of fresh blueberries instead of candy, so I guess that's some progress, even though I really wanted something like a pastry

It's really difficult to break bad habits

Now to try to NOT buy junk food when I go to Family Dollar later to buy some coffee, which is hard because that place is packed with that stuff

I have a dentist appointment at 3:30 PM. I think I have a bone spur in my mouth from what I can tell from google. I have benign mouth tumors but I think this is different. (I could be wrong!) I am hoping they can do something about it today and not have to make like a million appointments to fix it. I'm like, just make it better! Please!!

I was able to get some colored pencils, and a coloring book from Family Dollar. It’s not a huge variety of colors but it’s a lot better than nothing! I’ve been wanting to color for awhile now. It relaxes me
