I'm honestly going to save that to my computer if you're fine with me doing that. Wow. Thanks for that answer. That really helps.

Wouldn't the Amanita one make me hallucinate? Mushrooms are huge in Oregon cuz they grow wild everywhere. I had Amanita once and had viz hallucinations for 6-8 hrs. Very pleasant, but not good now.

Thnx, Des!!

You and I have a lot in common. I always wanted to make everyone happy. That is not possible. I need to make me happy. Finally figgered that out...

So about the ketamine treatment... insurance doesn't seem to cover it. It costs 500 for each treatment! I might just do it once to see what it's like. Also, i need someone to drive me home.

There's a study where i could get it for free... or it might get teh placebo. That would suck. It's worth a try though but getting drives back home will be a pain. This is so inconvenient.
If it helps again with my more aware state of mind in around a week, I'll let you know.

My main goal is to be as productive and clear minded as I was last year without panic attacks and disconnect from OCD thoughts.

The end of last year was a really good year for me but I don't remember much.

I'm gonna make a memory journal again starting tonight for today.

Well, I realized that pursuing graduate school in the first place began making me extremely unhappy. So I quit. It was all a ploy to make my parents believe I was doing something productive with my life.

Anyway, I am also going to try to do the intensive outpatient program now. Perhaps that will help.

Video calls are meh, I've gotta say. Not the same. But we will get through it!

"Indian Ginseg" is a plant that is used in India for traditional purposes.

It's used as a supplement to decrease stress but I think that it relieves stress.. In a way where I just let it all out... idk..

That's nice, I've never tried it. Hm, not sure if it interacts with my meds or not. But sometimes I drink kava tea. It reduces my stress a fair amount.

I tried kava tea. I drank it a few times but you can't leave the bag unopened for a while cuz a bacteria can grow on it which can cause liver problems.

Yeah fortunately I have the individual packets of kava tea, so they (I hope) stay without the bacteria, haha.

Edit, wait, you said unopened... ?

Ugh

My dads been drinking already this morning. This really sucks. I’m afraid he’ll fall or something. Just like my grandpa did and acted the same way too when he was drinking. All spacey-eyed. Fck man. I was supposed to go over there today.
