I'll do it eventually when I get up enough nerve. It's just that the further I go on the bus the more anxiety I get about possibly missing my stop or getting off at the wrong place

I have an appointment with my therapist today at 4pm over the phone.

My care manager texted me, she's going to stop by tomorrow just to say hi since it's been a long time since we've actually seen each other, we're just gonna say hi in the parking lot here because I can't have people in the building due to covid and she also can't go into people's homes for now.

I need to go to Walmart next week probably for some things I need. Also I'm doing my grocery shopping Sunday and Monday at a local grocery store.

Anyway I'm just counting down till Saturday, I want that Chinese food my sister's getting me! It's gonna be so good. I haven't had Chinese takeout in like a year or longer.

Got a fan. I have to leave the ice packs to freeze in the freezer for 4 hours. So at 6pm, I can put one in the fan and fill it up with water and it will blow cool mist =]

I'm doing very good on 5mg olanzepine every night. No psychosis in over a month! It's gone...

And I'm on day 3 of no benzo. Tomorrow is day 4. I've gonna try and go 2 weeks without. There should be decreasing diazepam in my system to be able to do that. Unless I have another panic attack then I'll take..

Gonna phone the pharmacy and ask when my next injection is.. I think it's next week but not sure..

Don’t know if I have diabetes or something else or what. My feet were slightly puffy this morning.

When I’m half asleep then I wake up, my heart beats really fast that I think there is an earthquake. I wonder what caused that? It lasts for around 10-15 minutes. It’s not just my feeling, it literally beats way faster than normal. I woke up 10 minutes ago and it’s still happening o.O Does any med do this to you?

I wish I could see my pdoc sooner. I am seeing him on Monday, and I feel like I need to see him sooner. But that's the soonest he could see me.

I have had scrambled thoughts, doubts and generally a terrible mood all day. I wish I could make even one decision to help myself. Unfortunately, I cannot.

Meds?

Anxiety disorders can do this and I have experienced it. Thought I was dying.
