When was your vitamin d checked last? With changing weather that can contribute......

I had my levels all checked a few months ago in the spring and everything was normal.

Omg our old fan almost caught on fire and I was laying down. I smelled something burning.

Just got back from the dentist. I took klonopin beforehand so I didn't panic. Had my favorite dentist so that's good that he's still working there. He started doing work on one tooth in preparation for a root canal. And he did another regular filling since he had time before his next appointment. Just gotta wait back to hear from insurance about the root canal approval, once I hopefully get that they can do it. He also prescribed Amoxicillin for possible infection, so I'll be taking that 3 times a day for however long I'm supposed to.Then I have an appointment later this month for another regular filling. I have so much work that needs to be done. One thing I really regret about bulimia is how much it ****ed up my teeth. Oh well, can't change the past. Can only learn from it and move forward.

I thought mine was normal too because it was check in summer, until I had it done midwinter and it was low.....I was just thinking about all the indoor aspects of covid and it could be low. Ymmv.

Yeah maybe. I take vitamins and could always get some vit d to help boost.

Yea I wish I could goto the arts festival down the street tomorrow but it wouldn’t be wise.

Fiancé says all I do is stay inside now. Well duh. Covid. I wanna go out snd goto places but I’m deathly afraid of covid. Only places I go now is small shops like the vape shop. And I can’t do any of that now due to my car issues.

I need a new hoodie

I’ve been wearing my university hoodie obsessively. I just bought a work hoodie that has the company logo on it. Should have it delivered on Monday.

My pdoc appt has been changed for 2 weeks out or 3. Sucks

I find taking walks to be the most helpful thing for me during this covid thing, I can take walks outside whenever I want and it helps me connect with the world around me without having to interact with people face to face. And keeps me from feeling like I have cabin fever. Plus good for exercise and as a mindfulness activity.

There's been curbside booksales around here that the library sponsors, I'd like to go to those but I know I can't control myself when it comes to books I'd just buy up everything. So I depend on getting my books checked out from the library either physically at their curbside pickup or via Ebooks on my Kindle.

I know when Christmas time rolls around I'll be taking many walks in the snow to check out all the lights and trees around town

I’m kind of bored

I can't wait till I'm back in college and can do that. It feels great wearing a hoodie with your college on it, so much pride. My debt should be paid off by January

I should buy some merch from my uni but I feel weird living in this state and doing online work for a uni in another state. Idk.

My mom already made fun of my uni, calling it the university of Phoenix. Multiple times. I mean it is in Arizona but that’s not the schools name at all.

I still smell that burning smell. I think I’m just nervous now at this point. I’m afraid of fire.

I know people talk crap about online university but screw them. We’re trying to improve ourselves and that’s a lot. They’re just as good as any other university often for a fraction of the price.

At least it’s not Trump University.
