Done work 1/3

Left my Vyvanse at home. I took it at 2pm so 4 hours longer than I usually take it.. I could go to bed at midnight!

I can do things now.. But what things? Every time I mention to someone, "Many things", they get mad at me cuz I have to be more productive with my time in doing ONE THING that I love ect.

People got mad at me when I was sleeping too or if I put my head down to rest. I can't please anyone. **** them. **** them all.

I got into an argument with my mom and tried to get off the phone and she said “you NEED to talk to me, if you get off this phone, don’t call me for a long time!”

So I said “ok”

hi everyone! Got this cool tiny pumpkin at Target for like $3. I took it into work and set it on my computer tower! I didn't used to like Halloween but after a couple of years of working at my Church's Trunk or Treat I started to actually like Halloween. This is the first Halloween thing I have bought except for like candy.

Hey Blue_Bird, I got my flu shot too! I got it on Wednesday at CVS. Then I went to Target with my Mom later on Wednesday and they were walking around asking people if they needed a flu shot so my Mom got her's there and now my Dad just needs to get his!

I see my T tomorrow. Not sure yet what I'm going to talk about because I'm not in crisis this week, yeah! But sometimes those make the best appointments when one just goes in "cold". I am interested to see what new car she got though. Last weekend she was car shopping.

I've only had one panic attack in the past 3 days and the one I had I was able to get through it without having to take my klonopin. So that's improvement. I used grounding techniques to get myself out of the dissociation.

It's very concerning to me that I've never gotten myself out of dissociation without a benzo. The best thing next to that is going to sleep somehow - I don't remember how they went away before I was prescribed Ativan 3-4 years ago.

Yeah I find going to sleep is a good option too. I have done that sometimes after having a panic attack that triggers dissociation I’m not able to get out of, just going to sleep to reset. Always feel better when I wake up.
