I’ve barely been eating. Not on purpose. Just been sleeping so much. I can’t eat when I’m sleeping. Been feeling bad physically. My stomach doesn’t hurt as much cuz I’ve been having no fast food but I feel tired and lightheaded more often.

If anyone knows that song Delilah from Plain White T’s, a female singer sang Delilah’s version for that guy. It’s a sad ending 😂

Going to read "PIHKAL - A Chemical Love Story" By Alexander Shulgin. I bought the book a while ago but haven't gotten to it until now.

I can't not. What you expect me to do???

I slept all night and day. I don't know why. Anyway, I feel fine mentally. Was just tired I guess, because the previous night I only got 4 1/2 hours sleep. I have so much cleaning to do this week. Like an endless amount. Need to make a list of things and cross them off as I go.

Hard to believe it's already almost Thanksgiving. I need to get a Christmas tree soon.

Really have to get back on a normal sleep schedule since I have group on Friday.

I'm going to start taking walks everyday. Or most days of the week.

Also going to start taking my vitamin C since the winter months are coming

I ran today. Feel good now.

Wondering whether olanzapine helps or hurts me. I think it does both. Just trying to sort out whether to lower it with my pdoc's support...

Edit: I really just want to stay stable. That is all.

Thx! I had to snooze cuz of mental exhaustion. I went unconscious for a bit then woke up. It doesn't take much to tire me out - Been like that since age 12.

Executive functionz.. But I like the book so I'll read more..

I think my blood sugar was low (I'm not diabetic but am on metformin). Because I just got super shaky, anxious, and nauseous, and feeling really weird. I threw up a couple times then made myself eat some pop tarts and a banana and I'm feeling better now.
