I don't think most people make coffee as natural like my cup every morning. I use full dry coffee beans, grind them up and drip using a filter.

Don't drink work coffee or buy pre-ground coffee, a coffee machine, and especially Keurig coffee pods - Those are the worst.

Coffee must be dark as hell not looking .. like watered down stuff - Cuz then you'll just drink more and added water in the blood while feeling jittery is no good you just need to use the washroom all the time. I know during a panic attack I'll pee 5 times wondering "Why do I keep having to use the washroom??" - It's like the adrenaline dehydrates. Coffee is a diuretic?

A pot of coffee is no good either. There's many different psychoactive chemicals in coffee apart from caffeine - Those help balance out the caffeine maybe.

Lemon water is good too maybe with MCT oil - It detoxifies the body well. I put MCT oil in my coffee every morning and went from 177lbs to 173lbs but I stopped cuz I can't be bothered to learn about ketosis right now with all the things I'm doing.

I think coffee is so bad for panic attacks because it reduces the quality of sleep by binding to adenosine? Melatonin receptors? Idk.. But it's like modafinil in a way.

Soz. This is maybe useless information I'm quite tired. Maybe I need a coffee.
It's not useless, thanks for this info, I find it interesting

I got my Brooklyn Art Library Sketchbook. I'm going to do it on mental health. I shared a drawing I started of a girl crying on the Art/Craft thread. It's going to be for my depression page. It's not finished but it's a start.

What I mean is, I never turned it in on time. Or at all.

I am banking on this for my Ph.D. I don't want to get a Ph.D. because I'm too lazy. So if I become famous, perhaps some university will bestow one upon me.

I've been sleeping way too much. I might as well just sleep forever. Multiple Dexedrines do not help much.

Edit: I wonder if it's cuz of the weed I smoked once two days ago

Sometimes I feel like I am sleeping too much but then I figure if I am sleeping I must be tired.

That's not always true though. Sometimes I sleep to escape or to numb out.

Does weed usually make you sleep?

No weed usually doesn't make me tired.

I think I am sleeping to escape. I go to bed early instead of staying up. I sleep in instead of waking up. It's overall just that I'd rather sleep than be awake.

Yeah, I get that. I'm sorry you are going through that Desoxyn. But I think sleeping to escape is a lot better than some of the other stuff I could do. Like it's not great but it's not harmful either. HUGS. I hope you feel better soon. Hang in there.

Appointments with my psych NP and therapist went well. My therapist got me signed up for an eating disorder group that meets Fridays at 11. My psych NP is having me get bloodwork done to make sure everything is okay since I've been struggling with
Possible trigger:

Yeah it is I think I need to do it regularly again. I used to do it every night and it helped my anxiety a lot but since I haven't been doing it at all the past month my anxiety has gotten much worse. And anxiety is a big thing that triggers my eating disorder.

I ate some grocery store pizza (oven baked) and 15-20 min later I felt really depressed about my dad.

It made me think back to those studies that showed that high carb diets are linked to depression.

Idk why I got depressed. Just came on all of a sudden or so.
