Thats the exact same with me too. I used to be able to Vape it in my early twenties with no problem. Now that I’m 30 it bothers me. Idk why. Also other things bother my stomach like spicy foods now. Roll Call 176

Good morning everyone. I am doing a lot better today after taking a Klonopin. I need them every day now. My pdoc prescribed them for that reason, I guess. Yesterday I tried white-knuckling it without a Klonopin, and it did not go well. I was freaking out by the end of the day.

I have some good news... The letter Child Protective Services saying the alleged abuse that was towards me was unsubstantiated.

We are going to use a new payroll system at work come January 1, 2021. It has me really stressed out. I had a panic attack at work yesterday because of it.

I did all the lab tests and the roentgens needed. The doctor who’s going to handle my surgery wasn’t there today though, so I met another doctor just to get some pain killers. I will go again bringing my tests result to be analyzed on Monday/Wednesday. Suck thing is the pain killer interacts with my psych meds. I told the doctor about it and he said to stop taking Olanzapine for a while. Told him the last time I took it was 11 PM. He said it’s okay to take the pain killer tonight then. But I’m not sure about that. I don’t know how long Olanzapine stays in our body. Also the pain killer has two active ingredients and I’m not sure if it’s safe like he told me.

I’m very tired and a bit drowsy. But my head isn’t that painful anymore today. I hope the pain won’t come back so I don’t have to take the pain killer.

Maybe call a pharmacist and ask them about the drug interaction? I have found that helpful in the past.

My T texted me this morning to say she is looking forward to seeing me tomorrow. Subtle way of reminding me about my appointment (it's been a month) but it was nice too. Sweet.

Oof should’ve done it earlier. It didn’t cross my mind. It’s midnight here now and they’re closed

You know what I change my mind. It’s not this site that’s causing me issues it’s Facebook. So my hiatus is from Facebook not here. I don’t want to not be able to check in with my friends here. Plus with the whole Covid thing and being isolated, I don’t feel so alone on here. So I’m just taking a break from Facebook , will still be here, and will still be on FB messenger.

Plus I got all the tasks I needed to do today done (with the exception of one thing, laundry, but someone's using both the washers on this floor right now so that will have to wait.)

I went to group, it was very nice. We did a little bit of "chair yoga" at the beginning and end of the group. We talked about how foods aren't all good or all bad (like black and white thinking where you say something such as salad is good and pizza is bad, which is a cognitive distortion). We went into a few other cognitive distortions and also discussed intuitive eating. Some of the rules of the group are not to talk about BMI, not to talk about specific weight numbers, dieting, anything like that that can be triggering. I'm looking forward to going again next week
