Have group tomorrow

I might stay up all night tonight just so I know I'll be up in the morning so I won't miss my ride. I'm just afraid if I sleep I'll miss it even with my alarms because I still haven't gotten myself onto a normal sleep schedule. I can watch Shameless on Netflix and play my Nintendo Switch

You’re not. Sometimes we get down days, but like I have to remind myself, they don’t last forever and they are just a sign that we arent doing well sometimes.

I’m gonna take a break from the internet for a couple months, with the exception of using Netflix/YouTube. So I won’t be here or on Facebook but if I do get any messages on Facebook via messenger I will check them and reply.

Not feeling the best... I hate to whine but when I talk to my friends they are dismissive and if I tell them I self harm they'll get mad at me. I try to communicate with friends but there's no point.

No, it keeps coming and going. I think it might be linked to the cinnamon vape juice I've been using. My stomach got upset this morning after the morning vape. I slowed down my vaping during the afternoon break and my stomach didn't get that bad, and the headache wasn't as bad today. I have to ask for more flavors soon.
